All City Gorilla Monsoon

So with I personally by the Gorilla Monsoon well amongst those three bikes because of the stable I really have I think I would I mean the issue is act...

\- All-City Gorilla Monsoon seems to fit the bill as well though priced more than the Sulry or Salsa options. \- On the other end is the State Bicycles 4130 All-Road. 2 Specs available. $900.

All-City Gorilla Monsoon (available to me now). Marin Four Corners (available to me now).

It is much closer to a true road bike but it can still clear a 2.4 inch tire. Unfortunately the build kit is not as nice as the GRX gorilla monsoon, but is slightly better than the Apex Gorilla Monsoon and only $25 more than the Apex model. (Worth noting All-City and surly are sister companies under QBP).

Surly makes other bikes- I was just looking at a Straggler that looked pretty sweet (went with and All City Gorilla Monsoon, as it was in stock)

The the Gorilla Monsoon. It's 650B, but can do a 700x42, and comes with hydraulic brakes. It doesn't have a carbon fork. You might have a bit of a difficult time checking off all those things on your list, but lots of framemakers like Soma, Surly, All City, Salsa etc sell frames that sound like what you're looking for, and you might be able to get a bike shop to build you your dream bike.

Love it. I've been lusting after the Gorilla Monsoon frame in the root beer keg colour for ages. Such capable bikes.

There are some very gnarly gravel bikes out there, sometimes called "monster cross," and they even have dropper posts. Like the All City Gorilla Monsoon, or the Kona Sutra.

Maybe that's your next niche?

"Road plus" or a gravel bike like the Surly Midnight Special or the All City Gorilla Monsoon should fit the bill. For more budget-friendly options, look to the Poseidon X and the State All Road.

The all city Gorilla monsoon 2019 ($1400), and Salsa's Journeyman 2018 claris($950). Both are within my budget and feel pretty comfortable while riding on tarmac.
