**7 Wonders Duel** is great. The only thing missing is a spot for a pen or pencil. We tuck that under the insert, so we always have one available when tallying up the points.

My Significant Opponent and I played **7 Wonders Duel** a few times. We just didn't like it as much as Regular **7 Wonders** with the two-player dummy-hand variant. We haven't played **Puerto Rico** in years because it doesn't work with two players and whenever we are playing with more people there are other games we'd like to play more… and looking back on it with a critical eye towards the theme, I'm not really comfortable pulling it out at all anymore.

Also, **7 Wonders Duel** has a lot of game for a mini box, though part of that is because it uses cards that are in my opinion, too small. I don’t own it yet - it’s at the top of my list - but the *the red cathedral** is also another small.

Interesting take on the 7 Wonders mechanic. Faster pace and get to make more decisions than the original game.
