It's pliable like the blanket fabric and seems to be woven out of some ingenious tech material that feels simultaneously thick and impenetrable yet also loose and flexible.  Two small complaints. The bag is big and I wish there bag was more compact stuff sack included or sold separately. second, I wish it included some stakes for the loops, at this price this shouldn't be hard.

yes, yes and yes.  It's a luxury, but like most Yeti stuff, you soon forget what you paid and just enjoy the product.  If I had to say anything negative I would point out that all that quality does come with some weight, so you might find it a little heavy to carry around all day.

We have 4 and are in Toronto. The m365 and Segway ninebot max are not good with the tracks. The ghost and Vsett 10+ are perfect for that. Unless you want crazy speeds, I’d look at the ghost which is also known as a VDM 10 and get it with the battery option that supports your desired range

I'm an electric kick scooter newbie.  I got my new scooter as a birthday gift so there was no research on my part done and I don't believe the "gifter" did either (bless your heart, dad). The model is a Gyrocopter Flash 3.0 and I'm pretty sure he got it for under $400 cdn at Best Buy.


I live in Toronto and there are a few issues I'm having with this scooter:


1. it seems the battery range is getting shorter and shorter every time I use it? Maybe I'm getting more confident so I ride it faster now? Yesterday, I took the scooter about 9.5 kms from my house. About 3/4 of the way home, it died. So less than 20 km range.

2. Street car tracks. If you've never been to Toronto, they are basically train tracks that are dropped down into the street (similar if you drive over train tracks at a rail crossing). They are everywhere and impossible to avoid. I try to really slow down and take them gingerly but sometimes it can't be helped and I take them at a good clip. I'm not light at 205 lbs so my scooter seems to be taking a bit of a beating.


Are there any options out there that have a longer-range battery and can handle the shitty downtown Toronto roads (looking at you, Bathurst! fuck!) and streetcar tracks? I thought I saw that some batteries can be swapped out?

 Folding handlebar is the same same story as the nine. They kept a very similar profile to the 10x, so if you like this profile, you're not really going to have any issues here. Easily replaceable, so if you don't trust holding handlebars, some people don't. especially if you're going to be doing 40 50 miles an hour, you want something really solid in your hands, easily replaceable

 so it has two little nubs to keep it in place. What's gonna happen is if you do happen to let it go, it'll get out of place. So you just want to make sure that when you do put it in that spot, that little lip there is, keep it, keep tension on it. If you keep tension up, it'll never fall out of that lip
