the numbers for cooking time are rubbing off from normal, hopefully gentle use (not like we are trying to deface the lable). our first was a gormia from costco. all of the handles are plastic so have to be careful with heavy loads as the gormia handle broke and replacement parts are not available (seems true for this unit as well). i do like the larger size (10” square pan|basket is great for bacon and larger roasts)
