My perfect dash cam would be a 3 channel cam - Front, inside and rear cam with built in Wi-Fi, Cloud Support, buffered parking mode, LTE connection for notifications. Come on Vantrue - Make it happen! He did great setting this up and trying to teach us how it works. One of the best feature of this cam, it looks and it does a great job. I just wanted to add that the product comes sealed as brand new and not like other products that are open. So that also gave me the security that I am receiving a brand new product in which that is a huge plus

For example, - the cable direction of connecting front-rear cameras to avoid connecting in reverse - Instillation tips of rear camera: I found out the best location to install rear camera is the top center of rear windshield, but no explanation is written in the manual. I should have installed the rear camera location higher, but difficult to remove the mount due to very strong adhesive tape. The installation would be very simple if there were a bit more explanation on the manual

It does an OK job capturing the traffic video, but the quality of the interior camera seems subpar. Night vision is just OK, feature set is just OK. Overall, I feel a bit disappointed after few weeks of use. The windshield mount is tricky and doesn't inspire confidence that it simply won't fall off after some time

I'm removing this camera from my car, tossing it in the trash, and buying something better this time.

I ordered this dash cam after a fair amount of research . . . looking for an easy to install unit, reliable, with a resolution and good audio AND with a suction cup, not a glued mount

I tried turning off and on, drove around to clear unobstructed areas but no go. But somehow, it just decided to work the next day and has stayed working since. This camera only records 1080 if using a dual camera set up. Daytime picture is good but might time is very hard to see license plates because of the reflective nature of the plates, it appears as a glowing white plate

It really should have been made a little bulkier and perhaps with a bigger heat sink and protective cover to protect against direct sunlight more. Note after weeks in the Florida July summer sun the camera is still technically working overall - it's just that it shuts down when hot. Update 2/3/2022 Camera is still going great! With the aforementioned overheating issue I noticed that it only has a problem in the heat when first driving on a hot day when it has been sitting in the sun all day. If I turn on the AC it will automatically start recording again within a minute or two so it is not really a big deal

Granted, I’m in my 50’s with bifocals, so you may not have trouble with that. Depends on your windshield angle, too. Overall, I prefer the S1 to the T2 because of the size, mounting and features. Both are high quality cameras and get good reviews in other publications

If a dashcam cannot record a clear video during night time, that dashcam is not worth buying. However, there are several design flaws: 1. When there is no memory card inserted, a message will remind the user to insert a card. But, there is no audio reminder, furthermore, after inserting a card, that massage does NOT go away

My previous camera will hang from the attachment of the windshield. I was concern about adjusting the lens after the attachment, but I can easily adjust the front camera after attachment by rotating the lens. I think this is a far better design than my previous cam. The S1 looks more natural and pleasing

Too many wires for me on all of these dash cameras. I want a front and review dash camera with no wires. Then the premium price point will make sense.

It loses the recordings. Pic quality was pretty good though, but for the money, time to look elsewhere. It's a shame, I took a lot of care to mount this thing. Update after 7 months: most of the shutdown issues improved with changing from a 256gb Samsung to 32gb

Ok, so this has been a disaster. I wanted this camera because it had all the bells and whistles and was supposedly top of the line, but I have had nothing but problems. I have bought three of these in a row and all three didn't work in various ways. Here is the history: 1

I cannot stress this enough. Stream from two cameras require enough bandwidth that if you skimp on your SDCard, the camera cannot perform at its best and you will get corrupted stream and dropped frames. I recommend a Samsung EVO Plus. - Screen protector on windscreen
