I like this dash cam a lot. The link to phones needs work. Like a lot of people I have had issues with the camera locking up. This usually happens when I start my car and put it in gear and move quickly. If I start the car and let the camera catch up I don't seem to have the lock up issue.

Having a problem with the camera - needing to reset it almost daily. Support has been extremely slow. It is a week or more between contacts with them. They ask the same questions as in the QA for the camera. For this reason I can not recommend a purchase of this camera.

Install is very easy on both cameras. However the mount for the rear dash cam is set up for a vehicle the does NOT have a vertical window like in a pickup. I’m sure it’s good for cars with a standard rear window angle.

I tried 3 ways to fix video , looking about this issue and not working video. 1-Clean with alcohol video plug.2-Take out memory csrd and reset.3-Verify it is plugged well. No video.
