 I also like that it's made in Maine though that's relatively minor.  Only gripes I have: the chamber for pepper is a bit small. I need to refill it every few weeks. I don't know if I'm just going through pepper really fast now that I buy better corns and have a nicer mill, or if it really is just that small

This review is for the 8" pepper mill in walnut: I've had this pepper mill for about 8 months and have used it every day. Works wonderfully and still looks beautiful. I like the more Modern design and the walnut is perfect. I was a little worried the shape wouldn't be comfortable but it's been fine and feels natural to grip

I was expecting a ceramic grinder mechanism, especially given the cost. Aesthetically it was okay, but the photo looked better than it did in real life. I sent it back and ordered a different grinder. This might be fine for some, but not a good enough replacement for our old pepper grinder

Just got it & so far it does it’s job but for this price it’s just kinda meh. I’m a hands on person & have made a lot of my own stuff. I’m not a woodworker but I’m not completely ignorant either. Maybe I expected too much from something sold on amazon

Very pricy for what i got.

I ordered the pepper mill first to replace a worn out mill and liked it so decided to get this matching salt mill. They both work beautifully, and the natural cherry finish coordinates with our kitchen. I gave them four stars because if I was buying in person, I would have not picked these particular items off the shelf. The pepper mill arrived with a few surface dings, but the finish and color of the parts match
