Product is good but do have some pepper stuck up issues at times and you would have to open and clean it often. But considering the price is not a recommended one.

The Peppermill does not work. We get a scant amount of pepper from it, regardless of how it’s adjusted. We’ve tried filling it half full and all the way full. Still not getting pepper milled out of this thing.

The Pepper mill arrived box open, ground pepper at the bottom of the mill, so, someone else used it before me... But.... I paid for a new one... Disappointed of that... That's why the two stars

The product is good and works well. However the description states "comes filled and ready to use". But it was empty. So kindly ask the seller to delete that from the description.

Great pepper mill. It's rather long, almost 12 inches of it, but can form the centre of the dining table decoration. Or you could simply allow it to remain on your Lazy Susan. It does a good job of grinding black pepper and a feature allows you to adjust the granules of pepper that come out. Now if ...

I bought this after reading reviews online, all what I can say, this thing is too expensive for the quality, this is not a lifetime product, this is a Chinese level of disposable product. the grinder at the bottom has a plastic part which broke and made the grinder useless.

Garbage. Got one of these for a gift. Used it maybe 4 times and it no longer grinds at all. I’ve tried turning the adjuster nob all directions, filling to capacity with peppercorns... simply doesn’t work.

I've now owned two of this exact model. Grinder just doesn't work. No pepper comes out. Plugs up and even after clearing it per the instructions it doesn't work. Don't waste your time and money.
