 You will see that once you've ripped that grip tape off that grip tape is no longer able to be used. You're going to have to get yourself some new grip tape. But despite those drawbacks the TMG H20 Mini like I've said 100 times already it's awesome. It's got great range, really decent top speed especially for a short board and the carving on it is incredible

 When you're already cruising along the thumb wheel is nice and responsive with accelerating and braking but it's when you start accelerating from a stand still that seems to be the problem. I get this momentary juddering in the motors when I ease the accelerator on coming from a standstill. If I kick push off first and get the board rolling and then ease the accelerator on I don't get this juddering at all. So it's a pretty easy workaround and you'll probably actually save some battery power with this method anyway

Teamgee H20 Mini Review - My Favorite Short Electric Skateboard

 Note that the power setting does not affect the braking response. I used the low setting the first two weeks of use, which allowed me to get used to the board.  The POWER, this board is fast, too fast for most beginners and well fast enough for intermediate skateboarders. I was able to achieve 35kph on the power setting, and the acceleration is very nice

A good entry level board with great features, and a few expected flaws

 The H20 has four speeds with the top speed reaching 24 miles per hour which I had my nephew demonstrate here. The speed can be changed by pressing the B button. The screen will then display what speed you're on. I then asked my nephew to test the brakes for all four speeds which pretty much stopped at the same point

 I think if this was just a little more concave and the tail kicked up a little bit you'd have a lot more control. So we converted you to the electric? Oh yeah 100%. I'm 42 dude. I'll be on the electric in no time

 I know it doesn't but it feels like it does. Now it does have high elasticity, PU wheels, and shock absorbers which makes for a smooth ride. I'm pretty impressed with how this handles rocks and gravel. There's been a few times that I've hit some gravel patches

Now the second thing I noticed is how confident I actually feel on it. It almost feels like it has built in stabilization

 So this board right here, it accelerates way too fast. And I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I cannot ride this board in the high plus mode. I can only ride it in the medium mode because if you take a look at the kick tail, when you push the acceleration, all of your weight goes in the back foot. So if you put your foot on the kick tail and you put it in high mode and you punch it, the board literally does this

 But now that I have an actual short board, I'm taking this thing out way more than I initially thought. If you're going for like a last mile commute, somewhere around one to two miles close by, I would 100% take this board just because it's so easy to grab and it's so easy to carry around rather than carrying a gigantic 30 board around. I'd rather take this. Now let's talk about another thing, the acceleration

 Would I ride a mini board for 18 miles of range? That is another question. If you guys would like me to do a range test, I will be happy. Just let me do it down in the comments. Another crazy thing about this board is that it is using the Hobbywing ESC, which means that it comes with the smart turn on feature

 Usually budget boards come somewhere around seven to 10 miles of range. So seeing that this thing has 18 miles of range, make this a really good buy. Would I ride a mini board for 18 miles of range? That is another question. If you guys would like me to do a range test, I will be happy

Wowgo AT2 Plus Review - It's Buttery Smooth!

 Now the board on the chopping block today I have some pretty high hopes for because it's coming from a company whom I have tested some boards of in the past and they've all been great, reliable, and they're definitely some boards that I can recommend to you out there who are looking at getting into electric skateboards. This one has a few new features that I have not tested before so I'm really excited to get this thing out on the road. We're going to be taking a look at yet another board coming from WowGo and today we have the AT2. The AT2 is a new electric skateboard coming from WowGo and it's their newest version of an all-terrain electric skateboard

 So the price point is definitely up there in the top tier board rankings. This is definitely not a budget board and I would absolutely put it on the higher end of boards that I've tested. What I love about this thing is the overall ride and just how comfortable they made this board. The cloud wheels were a huge plus

 And a lot of times when I'm done testing electric skateboards, I will put them up for sale just because I have so many, but this one, I think this one is going to stick around in my ever growing quiver of electric skateboards because from my experience, WowGo boards have been reliable and I'm looking forward to putting a couple more miles on this thing. Maybe we'll even test out the pneumatic tires. I still have sort of a bad feeling about those because of some tests in the past, but hey, you never know. Opinions change

 What I love about this thing is the overall ride and just how comfortable they made this board. The cloud wheels were a huge plus. I think I'm going to pick up a few sets of these to put on some other boards that I've ridden in the past. The redesign of the battery compartment down here has been huge

All Terrain E-Board done right! | Wowgo AT2

 Appearance. Walgo had a crowdsourcing contest for the grip tape design, which, in my opinion, and I'm sorry if this insults anyone who participated, but in my opinion, did not produce very good results. I guess nobody told Walgo that professional designers do not like crowdsourced design projects at all. Walgo ended up going with their original design, which isn't exactly original, but it does at least look much better in person than it does in the product photos

 The plastic looks better, and the shape looks like someone actually put some effort into the design. Initial impressions. Obviously, I haven't spent enough time on the Walgo AT2 to be able to give a proper review. But based on my initial ride and based on this board's features, I think this board is going to be a good benchmark for the many all-terrain boards coming out in the second half of this year

 Of course I fall when I don't wear my elbow pad. And then I got really wet. Not sure if you guys can see in the footage, but it's starting to rain pretty hard now. So I'm going to cut this range test short and do it some other time
