Great sized water bottle! It leaks a little bit, especially if I use it with a carbonated drink or supplement, but the shape is very comfortable to carry, and the adjustable strap keeps it close to my hand. This is perfect for runs of up to about 6 miles. The speed draw is great! Despite a little leaking, the positives are clear.

UPDATED REVIEW (2020-11-02): My trainer recommended these to me. After about 10 sessions the black 40 pound band snapped despite no outer wear or damage. Since I could not return them or replace them via Amazon at that point I decided instead to write my original review (preserved below) describing the problem. It's just easier to note, track and identify which band is going to be more resistance. NEGATIVE? Length. These are made for small spaces. Nevertheless there's tons of exercises one can do to stay fit!

I've used it almost every run since I got it to avoid dehydration in the heat. For holding, I switch back and forth with putting my hand under the skinny adjustable strap (where your hand is intended to go) and put it straight onto the water bottle under the cushioned part. I actually like wearing the second way a little better. One note - I would fill up the water bottle first before putting stuff in the pouch as it can be hard to see that it is full/filling up because of the curve at the top of the bottle and the dark color

I sure wish there were tighter versions, especially since they are so long that it's hard to get much stretch.

not something I’m stoked about drinking out of. I’m airing it out a couple weeks now and will wait until the smell goes away before I try it. I’ve tried a bottle from another company with similar problem
