It does not have a smudger or a sharpener AND the product takes A LOT of turns to roll up. When or IF it finally advances BE SURE you don't go too far because it will NOT retract back down

So. This Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner by Stila is ALMOST everything that I want in an eyeliner. It goes on smooth, it stays on, after a week of having and using it there is no drying out of the product or constant sharpening because of the product that is exposed doesnt transfer as well.

 So today we're gonna be talking about a indie brand. If you've been on TikTok, you have seen this craze about hydro eyeliners. To put it simple, a hydro eyeliner is an eyeliner in a pan that you wet a brush with water, it activates it and you get this beautiful pigmented sharp wing or design, whatever you're going for, but it's easier to work with than it is with like a gel eyeliner or a liquid eyeliner that can be a little bit more stubborn than hydro eyeliners. So it's just basically being water activated versus being gel which is more of a thicker formula, harder to work with

 They are more of a indie brand because not a lot of people know about them. They are vegan and cruelty free. The one I bought is primary colors, which is your typical colors, black, blue, yellow, red, and white. And then I got this one, which this one is your neon one, which is like a neon purple, a neon green, a neon orange, neon blue, and a neon like fuchsia color

 They do not crack. So I bought a set from Amazon and those cracked, which I had to return. That's why I did go with this brand. Like right now when I did my white liner little design here, super simple and minimal to do, it like umps your look a lot in my opinion
