5 liters yet is attractive because it can fit a full size GPU up to 10.5 inches which happens to be almost the length of the chassis itself. At the front there are two USB 3 ports with audio jacks, a Silverstone logo on the opposite side and a power switch on the top right corner, unfortunately without a reset button. The main frame of the chassis feels solid and the front plastic is okay too, there's nothing really to complain about nor there's no praise to give for the build quality

 The front supports both 140 and 120mm fans, I set mine to exhaust and this would be perfect spot to mount a 120 or 140mm all-in-one water cooler for the CPU or the GPU even, thus taking the heat directly out of the chassis and notice there's also plenty of spacing away from the motherboard and the power supply to fit a thick radiator. Also the front panel needs to be removed in order to fit a 10.5 inch GPU as there is an appropriate cutout that lets you pass the card without any hassle, although a 140mm fan would interfere without space so keep that in mind. At the bottom we find 4 rubber dimples that I think are a fantastic design choice to eliminate audible vibrations if there are any when placed on a hard surface plus you don't need to worry about scratching anything

Building a tiny ITX Gaming Machine - Silverstone SG13

If you're looking for an affordable itx case that can fit in a backpack and is easy to build in- just get this one. The sandwhich style itx cases are all $150 minimum and all the other cases don't come in this form factor. I also love the white version - great style.  This case is really easy to build in - I've build dozens of systems and this one was actually one of the least cumbersome cases I've worked in

I used a 140mm fan in the front of this build, and the case only had 3 mounts onto which to attach the fan. Can't get a 4th 140mm fan mount???  It's pretty thin and somewhere flimsy metal

. For sure you have to look out for dimensions and even with a modular PSU there was no way to fit also the disk cady. Air flow is excellent and in my case I used the PSU to evacuate more air. With full size ATX PSU no way I could fit an air cooler for my Ryzen 7 3700X - so I used an old no RGB water cooler from CoolerMaster that I do not really recommend due to funny fans choice

  The third case came and as they say, the third time's a charm. The third case came with no quality control issues that I could immediately see. Upon closer inspection, I did notice that the removable top and side panels did not sit completely flush with the rest of the frame, but it was only noticeable if I was looking for it.  Now that I had a case I was happy (enough) with I began the build process

 After these were installed, I installed my power supply. Then I realized with the power supply installed, I had no access to the motherboard power connectors. So I uninstalled the power supply, plugged in all cables, then screwed the power supply into place (I recommend installing it with the fan facing down to provide some airflow to the motherboard and RAM. After this was done, I did some cable management to try and tidy things up a bit

I originally ordered the model with the faux aluminum front, but the front plastic panel had several scratches. Because I couldn't have a case with a scratched up face, and because I was disappointed by the look of the faux aluminum, I contacted Amazon and had a case with the mesh front panel sent out as a replacement.  This time, when the case came, I immediately noticed a small dent in the mesh front panel which made the panel uneven compared to the bottom border where the Silverstone logo and USB ports were located. I was frustrated, but I was still in love with the design enough to get another replacement and hope for the best

Great Case With Some Caveats

I tried to get away with using a front-mounted 140mm fan and the stock Intel cooler, but it ran a bit warm (high 70's in Cinebench r15 testing). Adding the Corsair AIO dropped the temps by >20 degrees C. The layout of the case is nice, and the size was perfect for my needs, but I wish it had higher quality materials and an easily removable dust filter. The front has a cheap-looking plastic edge, but overall it's nicely designed

Need a water cooler for this case

The main idea: Build the smallest PC I could that could fit standard case parts so I could reuse my power supply and graphics card. This is a PC that the wife will mostly use but every now and then I play some FIFA on it as it's connected to the living room TV.  Terms used below for abbreviation: CPU: Processor GPU: Graphics card PSU: Power supply (ATX are the standard size for PSU)  Challenges: I had a regular non-modular ATX PSU, a big MSI R9 270 graphics card and two 2.5" drives all of which had to fit inside the case

  Things I love about the case. I got the white quiet version that does not have the mesh in the front.  Simple clean design. Enough mesh to allow the GPU, PSU, and the CPU heat sink to stay cool under moderate use (with basic cooling)

It was a fairly fun build to do, it is a very tight fit so plan your graphics card and cooler accordingly. As far as quality the case is very sturdy and had no problems. Noise is a very real thing with this build so i recommend buying some quiet fans and playing with power curves. After you do some testing you can get it pretty quiet with low loads

 Now I'll say that this is one of the more creative and cleaner designs that we've seen from Sligar who also make the highly optimized Cerberus and SM series cases. This is the first time that I've seen these softly brushed and thinner panels from them and I definitely do prefer it. There are still some spots that do look a bit rough around the edges but for the most part this is the highest quality case that I've seen them produce. One thing that does look a bit out of place here though is that cheap power button which you could probably buy for around 50 cents at your local electronics shop

I personally would have liked to see something a bit more premium to suit the rest of the design. Another part that looks a bit out of place is the platform or stand that the SV590 is intended to be screwed onto and the reason for this is that the bottom panel is not completely flat

 While the end case M1 is kind of portable at 12.5 liters the SV590 isn't portable at all but still this thermal result is very impressive. On the note of GPU thermals seeing as that side panel ventilation is relatively blocked off it does lead to a warmer result than we'd like. This also means that the GPU thermals benefit quite a lot by an increase in radiator fan speed at which point we can tie the NZXT H1

 This case here is one that I've been waiting to take a look at for quite some time because as far as I know, this is the smallest case on the market that can fit a 360 mil radiator. In fact, it's the only ITX case that I know of to fit a radiator that large and that's a pretty impressive spec because some of the more compact mid-tower cases out there like the NZXT H510, they can't even fit 360 mil rads and here we have it in a case that's just 18 liters in volume. Now I won't spoil too much but if you do need a small form factor case with some of the best CPU thermal performance that you can get, this should definitely be one to consider but despite those very impressive thermals and radiator compatibility, there are quite a few things that you should know before you build in this case. So here it is, the Sligar SV590, an enthusiast approach on the vertical small form factor PC case and before we dive in, I'll just say that I'm a big fan of this vertical orientation

Sliger SV590 Review - 360mm AIO in ITX

For a similar footprint i switched to the sv590. stuck a 360mm rad, a byski pump and cooled both cpu and gpu.

I guess it's time for a new case, H1 AIO died, any suggestions?

So this is an SFX power supply, and that is what Sliger recommends due to the size constraints here. So, there we go, we've got the fan towards the exterior, I drop it into place

The next step is actually to get screws in here. Now, my standard screwdriver just barely fits through these vents, although I'm going to have to work at an angle

 First off, you need a CPU liquid cooler. You cannot use air cooling for this. So forget about low profile air cooling. That's just not going to work in this case
