The Samsung QN60Q60AAFXZA is the best 60 inch TV. It's a decent overall TV part of the Samsung QLED lineup, so it uses quantum dot technology to display a wide color gamut. It also has impressive out-of-the-box accuracy. Although we tested the 55 inch variant, the results are still valid for the 60 inch version. It performs fairly well for most uses, even if it lacks extra features that you normally find on higher-end models.

It's good for bright and dark rooms because it has great peak brightness and decent reflection handling for well-lit rooms, and it displays deep blacks in dark rooms. It doesn't have any trouble upscaling lower-resolution content, which is great for watching DVDs and cable boxes, and there aren't issues with displaying native 4k content. Also, the built-in Tizen OS is user-friendly, and you can find most streaming apps through the app store.

Unfortunately, it's not the best for watching HDR content. Its HDR peak brightness is just okay, so highlights don't pop a lot, and it lacks a local dimming feature to further improve the picture quality in dark scenes. It also doesn't support Dolby Vision. It's limited to a 60Hz panel, and motion looks blurry due to the slow response time, so it's not ideal for gaming, but it still has low input lag. Regardless, it's the best overall 60 inch TV.

The best 60-inch TV that we've tested is the Samsung QN60Q60BAFXZA. It's the entry-level model in Samsung's 2022 QLED lineup, so it's not as feature-rich as the higher-end models and has worse picture quality, but it's the only available in a 60-inch size. Regardless, the Q60B comes with the same easy-to-use Tizen smart platform as the more expensive models, and it has a great selection of apps available to download, so you don't have to worry about buying an external streaming device to watch your favorite shows. The included remote also has a built-in mic you can use for voice control with Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant to search for content.

In terms of picture quality, it's a good choice for bright and dark rooms. It gets bright enough to fight glare and has decent reflection handling, so it's a good choice for rooms with a few lights around, but it has a narrow viewing angle that makes the image looks washed out from the sides. Although it lacks a local dimming feature, it still displays deep blacks in dark rooms, and there's minimal blooming around bright objects, making it a decent choice for watching movies.

 How do I get printed instructions for the remote? Like, MUTE, STOP a video, PAUSE a video, and so many more. Also, the volume control is difficult to operate - just the TV volume control from my cable box is very poor. If something is playing thru streaming, it can be very loud. What gives?  However, this TV remote/pilot is quite annoying. It has minimum options to control, and it is difficult to use in a dark room (its buttons are not lit). Also, the Tv software/program annoyingly wants you to go on the internet and purchase/join some networks/providers. Great TV for the money, but watch for a pink screen

  One complaint on this is that some of the smart features are not excellent.  For example, on the remote, there are several buttons to open up Netflix/Prime/Disney+ etc. but there's no way to change where those buttons lead. So for someone like me, who uses Hulu more often than anything else, the only other direct option is to use the microphone, which frequently misunderstands me- as most voice activated things do
