Samsung Q80R vs Samsung QN90A

It isn't at all convenient at all to keep a second remote nearby at all times. I did search and found a similar post from last year and the consensus seemed the be Samsung Q80R, but it seems it is no longer in production.

The remote is easy enough to navigate to what you want. Initial setup was very easy and basically plug-and-play. There are eight screws for the display stand, all the same size. This model is on the heavier side

First off, this TV has a great picture as well as a slick interface for the apps and smart features. If those 2 things were all that mattered this TV would have been the best I've ever owned. Which brings me to the point of my review and the reason I can only give this TV 2 stars and I feel I'm being generous with the extra star. I don't feel like anyone who would spend this kind of money for a TV would be sitting around listening to the stock speakers

Con: 1.) Interface with internet connection could be better. About 50% of the time, the initial connection will get disconnected but then re-connect (annoying but manageable). 2

The picture is gorgeous! The smart features via the Tizen system are so-so, and Tizen is the redheaded stepchild of TV operating systems. The only real PITA is the tuner for over-the-air channels, which operates kind of randomly. If I'm on channel 4 and want to get to channel 59, it takes 3-4 times to scroll to 59 because the TV wants to revert to 4. Once I get to 59 and hit the back button to go back to 4, it will go to a random channel like 30
