Looks like a ‘Master Piece’ art decor. Stunningly classic and beautiful. Gadgety lookin’ remote control. Just the right picture size for my ‘above fire place’…

The soundbar works, but I can't use one remote to control volumes, etc. That's disappointing. The 6 speaker sound on the QLED 80A is an improvement over older TVs at this price point, but not as good as a soundbar w/ subwoofer. Wish I could figure this out (if anyone knows the solution, please comment and tell me)

The product was delivered with a defective speaker on the TV. Very disappointed in this high-dollar tv. Samsung support is not great.

However, Samsung needs to get a better guide for use. Very cumbersome to add channels and does not have app availability like a Roku. It's "atmospheric" screen saver is just awful as are most of the other options. Forget surfing the internet

WIFI not so good, it cut out a lot and was very sketchy, when the Tivo WIFI worked fine the TV WIFI many times wouldn't work at all. Hardwiring corrected most of the problems. When it works the picture is stunning the sound is great because the sound bar is built into the TV, I love it faults and all.

I will update this review if I choose to replace rather than get a refund, fingers crossed the process isn't a nightmare and it can be resolved expeditiously.

I requested a REFUND , so far Amazon has not allowed me to continue without talking to a REP first. UNSAT. I have been a Amazon Prime Customer for over 20 years.
