not enough buttons trying to do too much. just trying to change the channel was an exercise in frustration. you push the button once and it will skip one or more channels. tried to find how to switch to my home theater to watch a dvd and it was problem after problem

The best remote I've ever used! It was super easy to install and it controls all of my connected devices. The best feature with this remote is it allows me to choose what streaming service I want to use. For example, I can say "Top Gun" and it will show me all streaming services that offer the movie AND the price for the movie from all of the streaming service providers. Some may be free while others ask for $3

The soundbar works, but I can't use one remote to control volumes, etc. That's disappointing. The 6 speaker sound on the QLED 80A is an improvement over older TVs at this price point, but not as good as a soundbar w/ subwoofer. Wish I could figure this out (if anyone knows the solution, please comment and tell me)

Just make sure you disable Digital Clean View, as that causes a massive amount of smearing, like motion blur, and just makes the image look ugly, as ironic as it is to its name; I've even referred to this as "Digital Smear View". The TV doesn't actually call framerate interpolation what it is, however, so if you're looking for that setting, it's actually called Auto Motion Plus, with the amount of interpolation, higher setting being more interpolation, being Judder Reduction. Regardless, it seems a little pointless for it to not support a surround sound output via the fiber optic cable with even its initial firmware, especially if it does actually support surround sound via Bluetooth, since it's then clearly capable of processing surround sound audio. Overall, it's a good TV, its audio output is just incredibly disappointing

However, Samsung needs to get a better guide for use. Very cumbersome to add channels and does not have app availability like a Roku. It's "atmospheric" screen saver is just awful as are most of the other options. Forget surfing the internet

This would be a deal-breaker for me if I had any other choice for a 4k 32 inch TV. But overall if you can get over the ads on a TV that you bought and the fact they force you to create an account just to set it up, the GUI sucks! not intuitive. Here is my solution, I have connected an Apple TV to it, and as soon as I turn on the TV, I jump directly to the Apple TV. This way get a good video of the TV without the Samsung **#$*#$*

I will update this review if I choose to replace rather than get a refund, fingers crossed the process isn't a nightmare and it can be resolved expeditiously.

She has deemed them the worst technical with which she has worked, and almost compelled the Q50 to be returned until a third party provider was able to solve the issues which concernd her. Overall, it really is too bad; I like Samsung's products and own a number of them, but this interface needs to go. I would not buy this product again.
