The dustbin is bigger than the one on my prior vacuum, and the debris falls out a lot easier, too, without getting wound up around the filter. This vacuum comes with a handy app, which I did download and clicked around on, but honestly- I don't see myself using it. Compared to hauling even a compact vacuum around our little house, this is a dream. I love it!

The latches and release buttons just feel like they’re going to break if you’re not extremely careful with this thing. I also wanted to buy the clean station to go with it and that’s why I’m here to hopefully warn people. Samsung is discontinuing the clean station. Because of this they no longer make the bags that go in the clean station bin

I like the sleek design, and the suction power is good, but there's a lot that I don't like. Maybe I'm spoiled by my last vacuum. I have carpet and three dogs. It doesn't pull itself, so vacuuming carpets requires a little bit of elbow grease

I've read over some other recommendations and it looks like the Sebo Felix Premium is a good option. I really like that it has adjustable suction, since that would be useful for rugs, curtains, etc., and it looks like it hits pretty much every other point. Are there other vacuums that are better than it for my purposes that I should consider? Or that are just as good, but cheaper?

powerful device, cannot believe how much crud it captures. they have really focused on the filtering as well, no dust and dirt filling up the room as you vacuum.

Filters can be economically rinsed or wiped off negating the need for frequent, expensive filter replacements. I only prefer that the optional pre-filter cleaning tool were a standard feature.

You have to take the whole dust cup off the vacuum and can be a bear to put back on. The fact it has a hepa filter is great, many vacuums do not offer a hepa. I also felt the handle was not the best design and felt small and at an awkward angle. The powered hand tool also accumulated hair more than I felt was appropriate and flipped upward on the backstroke when cleaning my couch

I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem

if you can get the vacuum and the filter cleaner all for less than $450 it's a deal. i am still fighitng them for the purchase price i screen captured and am sending mine back for a refind and buying a competitor model. disappointing because i have samsung washer/dryer/fridge but they can't seem to get their billing right and it's not worth nearly $700 when i can have 2 competitor vacuums for that price.

It's easy to empty the dust bin.. All around, I rate this to be an excellent value for $170.00
