 So don't think like all he's just fanboy. Aniston No I Just think for this money, you really can't do much better than this for this money right now. I Mean yeah, you could get the budget iPad But it's not giving you this type of display. it's not giving you quads speaker

 I took a picture of a studio light I have and you could see detail is pretty good. it's just it's not amazing camera. it's just solid camera for a tablet. I Don't think it's nowhere near a pro level camera at all so you don't want to do that with this tablet

 I Mean this is the display you look at and you're like wow, That is a nice display and you can see with the 16 by 10 aspect ratio. It's a very wide screen so it's like holding a movie theater in your hand right here. It's a very wide screen, so black bars are a lot less prevalent on this tablet than say an iPad with a four by three aspect ratio. but one element of the display that I didn't like too much is that it's really tall when you hold it in portrait mode

 So when it comes to the display for this device, it's a super amoled display 2500 by 1600. So this is a really high density for a tablet. We have actually 288 PPI And because it's a Super AMOLED display, you can put it in the adaptive display mode and this thing gets super saturated. Like this is the reason to buy this tablet right here

 The main difference is you're not going to get Wi-fi and the game selection might be slightly different. Whether you're watching Youtube videos, movies, or just looking at anything on the screen, it just looks really good. Now, I'm not saying it's drastically better than some of the Lcd screens that Samsung's using now, but there's just something about this 1440p super amoled display that gives it a little bit extra pop. Not to mention you get better viewing angles than some other tablets out there that have came out after the tab s5e release

 When it comes to the cameras on here, they're not the best out there, but if you had to use them for say, zoom meetings, I guess you could get away with it. People would probably just think you're using a laptop because cameras on those are not too great either. Taking photos should be okay as long as you have decent lighting and you're probably going to get a little bit better photos when shooting outdoors. Surprisingly, you can still buy this tablet on the official Samsung website, but they're still a little pricey for some reason

Galaxy Tab S5e in 2021 - Still Worth It?

 Samsung was too cheap to include the needed parts, nor did they explain what would be needed in the instructions. Fortunately I was able to find the needed adapter in the box for my Galaxy S10 box, otherwise I would have been stuck.  Very thin & light. Quality build

GOOD tablet but FALSE ADVERTISING

 In my case, my office gets wifi through several walls and 40' so the signal is not very strong and sometimes requires me to re-orient the tablet to get full speed wifi. The three screen controls at the bottom of the screen are slid upward with a finger to switch to the running apps or app icon screen or step back. It often takes two tries for my finger to get them to work. This might be something about me or how I'm operating them, but I haven't figured out what works best after several months of trying

This would be a five star tablet if two minor issues did not exist. In fact, with those fixed, the other excellently performing features would make it 10 stars. So, it will do everything you could want from it other than 1) connects to weak wifi signals and 2) activate the screen controls at the bottom of the screen (show running apps, show app icon screen, and step back). The wifi works, but it will slow down or lose connections much sooner than my umpteen year old S2 tablet as I move away from my access point

It is quick and works fully but the weak wifi is a pain.

So today we're looking at one of my favorite Samsung tablets that I feel is often forgot about the Galaxy Tab S5e, which was sort of the first premium Galaxy tab at a more affordable price back in 2019. It was available in three different colors: gold, black, and the one shown here is silver. So how is this tablet in 2022? and how does it compare to other tablets that's been released since then? Well, first off, this tablet was sort of the last affordable Galaxy Tab with a super amoled display. It's got a 10

 When I compare the cameras on here to the new Galaxy Tab A8 or the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, it just feels like these are a little bit better quality. Here's a few samples of photos and video just to see what you think. [Music] Uh, so really, there's only a couple things this tablet doesn't have. It doesn't have a headphone jack and it doesn't come with an S pen that you would get with something like the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

 The one I've got here is four gigabytes of ram 64 gigabytes of storage, but there was also a version with six gigabytes of ram. gigabytes of storage, So pretty impressive for 2019, not to mention for 2022.. it can also take a micro Sd card up to 512 megabytes

What we need is a Galaxy Z Fold 3, but non-folding, and sold as a mini tablet.

The Fold 3, when open, is almost a perfect form factor for a pocket tablet. Nice and thin, almost no bezel, lightweight (so it's comfortable to hold for a long period of time), good sound, good cameras, somewhat decent battery life, AMOLED screen, etc. And even when not folded it's small enough for many pockets, and can be held with one hand by most people.

The 4:3 screen will be offputting for those who primarily want to consume video content, but 4:3 has been common in the tablet space for a while. Apple held onto 4:3 for a long time, and Samsung had some 4:3 Tab S series devices too. For retro gaming 4:3 is awesome btw, and the Fold is small enough to fit into many of those expandable game controllers for phones (unlike many tablets)

Of course, the Fold's biggest drawback is the price and the fact that it's sold as a phone and not a tablet. You're paying for the novelty of foldability and the design of the hinge, and of course that outer screen and tricks like split-screen-when-half-folded. Removing that second screen would probably allow for a tiny bit more battery life of course.

Samsung really should just take the open 7.6" size of the Fold, remove the fold, take out the second screen, and sell it as a tablet. Maybe the Tab S Pocket? Could see it going for around $400-500. At that size you can even leave in wireless charging as a cool add-on that no tablet I know of has. I'd totally get one. Maybe even two...

EDIT: Oh, and add the MicroSD card slot back. The biggest drawback of the Fold for me is lack of expandable storage...

I really want something with a display of 7.5-9.0 inches for carrying in my large jacket and hoodie pockets with a semi-decent battery life for on the go productivity, note-taking and video entertainment. 

Not sure where to look really.
I'm assuming that much older tablets like the S2 are a poor idea.

The only ones I could find was the Tab A7 Lite which apparently has many software limitations compared to more premium devices, the blackview tab 6 which is relatively new and very budget, and the Mi Pad 4 which is only available used and would be a risky buy.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated!
