Patagonia Arbor Classic Pack 25L vs Ultimate Direction Fastpack 30

so, i have an Ultimate Direction Fastpackher 30, and it pisses me the fuck off!! it is honestly mostly fine for my purposes, but like a lot of women's packs, it's actually designed for a tiny man. i have a small frame, and i don't have that much boobs, but the regular amount for a 40 year old woman, i think, lol, and the stabilizing strap is either up too high to be useful or pushes them up to my chin. i'm somewhat handy with sewing, so i'm thinking of adding shock cord and taking off the straps to make it more like my salomon vest.

This backpack is so spacious! I have primarily been using it for hiking/camping and climbing. It can fit all the gear I need and then some. It's very durable and seems like it would hold up well in rainy/wet conditions.

Disclaimer: I am not a runner! I purchased this item for long distance ultralight hiking. I returned the item because it is built for runners, very skinny people. I do work out 3-5 times a week but I am not huge and this pack was too small for me (yes I ordered the m/l which is listed as medium on Amazon). I have a 33 waist and wear a 42 suit jacket

The rest of the main compartment is a top load bottomless pit, so use those packing cubes people! The interior lining color differs from pack to pack depending on the exterior color you choose. However, Patagonia made sure to use different color exterior and interior colors, which we found really helpful when searching for gear inside the pack.
