OXO Brew 8 Cup Coffee Maker vs Zojirushi EC-YGC120

Brew time on this coffee maker is really quick and the temperature of the brewed coffee is excellent. This coffee maker is unique because unlike other coffee makers that will continue to heat your coffee once it is brewed, which contributes to strong tasting coffee, this machine shuts off once the brewing cycle has finished and your coffee stays hot inside the insulated carafe. I am proud to recommend this product to all my fellow coffee lovers who love a great tasting cup of coffee!

But it's there if you need it! Some not so likable things: The coffee maker takes a while to brew a pot! By a while, I mean 10-15 minutes. While this may not seem like a long time, most brewing methods should not have the water in contact with the grounds for more than 6 minutes max. Although the brew time for this machine doesn't seem to affect taste too much. Most coffee comes out slightly more bitter than when I brew with my Chemex, but it is still pretty tasty
