Huge bummer for those of us with bigger chests. Wish the magnet was movable or the straps were switched. Kind of a dumb design

Meh design choices, faulty bladder

 It has a plastic piece on top that slides off. It's a little cumbersome and not as secure as the old screw lid style. I preferred that but we'll see how this one holds up- no leaks so far. Also, the bite valve has a strange magnetic attachment on it

Great Bag, Don't Like the new Resevoir

 If I want to or things a lot of things, I want to be able to access right away rather than having to dig into the big big pouch. This is my third in 4 years. I have bought two others at Sam's Club. With both zippers broke within a year and half/two years. I really like Swiss Gear bags, but their zippers don't like me for some reason, or is it just the bags bought at Sam's Club

 My old SwissGear was much better in that area, it had a larger number of positive closure pockets.

 I still haven't found a bag that is GREAT for a large laptop. Today's laptops are thin, which makes the corners susceptible to damage. But this bag, as with all other bags I have found, just barely fits the 17" laptop and I feel the corners are not well protected at all as there isn't much padding there. The laptop also pushes out against the zipper pretty hard if I'm not real careful about tucking the laptop into the pocket, it's that tight, so I'm not sure how long it will last without blowing out

Designed Well, Great Quality

 The iPad mesh sleeve is also small so putting in anything bigger than the regular iPad or an iPad with a case is difficult. I honestly don't think any of the big iPad would fit. Overall I do love it, but it could be improved!

I have a 17-inch laptop, so I find that most backpacks don’t work for it, or they lack sufficient padding for it but not this one! This one is specifically designed for electronics, so I can safely and easily store my iPad and laptop. I also like that it has clips to compress the backpack when it has less stuff. Amazing but could be better

 A little odd that the laptop comes out the side instead of the top- but no big deal. The deal breaker is that the zippers make it sound like you’re in a gypsy caravan. Good gracious it’s so loud! I’m getting electrical tape to cover every Zipper so they can’t hear me coming from the parking lot.

It isn't a bad backpack it just didn't fit my needs.  It was too small and felt flimsy.  It did not hold all the items I needed and the shoulder straps were thin and not comfortable.

 My first SG bag had a terrible problem with the pull straps twisting as they came through the slide fittings ... not this bag 

. but the bag consistently takes more than I think it can. There are several primary storage compartments to tell you about. 1) LAPTOP/FLATS - Closest to your back is a laptop storage compartment with a single zipper that goes from the base of the pack to the top, but only on one side

. whatever you need that's on your quick access list that needs its own little inner pocket to live in ..

The perfect back pack for me ... well ... almost :)
