This was my first time purchasing the OFF! spray containing picaridin. This type of bug spray doesn't smell or leave an oily grease on your skin, and I honestly didn't dread spraying it on myself because of that. When I'm outside on my back porch, I often hesitate to spray other bug sprays because I know the smell will linger in my hair and on my clothes. However, I don't have to worry about that with this one, and that's what I enjoy about it

Typically this is what I'll have with me during the summer and then you know, early spring, late fall when the bugs are kind of dying off or if I'm gonna be in a place where there really isn't any water around. and I don't have to worry about a whole bunch of a whole bunch of bugs flying around. That's when I'll use the Lemon of eucalyptus

 It is an artificial cam so it is not something that you're going to be able to just you know, use and think that you're getting something all-natural But there you have it, the Picard and insect repellent my preference.  I do prefer the lotion because it stays on longer. it's easier to apply, but picaridin also comes in a spray and it is dere safe so this repellent will not damage artificial or man-made fibers. Overall, it's been one of the best that I've used. I'd say it is probably the best and it's the one I most often bring with me but it works where the the lemon of eucalyptus worked and you know, low Bug densities

Best Insect Repellent for Kids - BabyGearLab

After doing research on various active ingredients I decided on this one based on effectiveness, minimal odor, and minimum skin irritation. It worked great so long as we reapplied every 8 hours and after swimming/showering. My boyfriend did not apply the 3rd morning and he got bites. No irritation

 About 10 seconds after pulling the boats up to the bank, we were attacked by mosquitos. I mean they were dive bombing us from every direction, and within a minute I had already been bitten about six times.
