I emailed them, and they basically told me I had to deal with the Amazon seller who sold it instead of them, even though I registered the (brand new) NB20000 with them on their website when I purchased it

 I truly uh so far like this power bank. it's extremely compact and the capacity is uh it's quite amazing 77 watt hours so I truly like it to recharge the laptop. If you just have your smartphone that you want to use with the power bank you probably want to go to the Nb 10000 which is a bit smaller, not really that heavy. It's about a bit less than half the size of this Nb 20 000

 We got 77 watt hours, 2 Usb A ports and two pieces Usb C. Now as you can see both of those uh, two Usb A ports or uh outputs. and then when it comes to Usb C, we got one input and the other one on the left side is in and out. There are a few Leds that show you the the charge

 So here you can see a few specifications but it's I believe it's not really visible so perfectly here on the camera. Anyways, we are going to take a look at the package and be 20 000 and on the back side you can see those Uh specifications. 77 watt hours it goes up To 45 watts on the Usb C port. So you can use this power bank to recharge a laptop which we are now gonna do quickly gonna show you how it looks like So we are now gonna attach this uh Usb cable and uh by the way in the package what you get is one piece Usb a 2c cable but if you really want to use the full power on that Usbc port you got to use uh a cable with Usbc 2c which is strong enough to provide you with those 45 watts

  For like $30-35 it's a good deal, but charge your devices while they're off with this thing or you'll be disappointed.

 If you turn your device off it'll charge, but nowadays we like to charge our phones withing the hour so this wouldn't be the greatest buy while you're on the go. Shell out a few extra bucks for something that is guaranteed to have at least fast charging USB3.  For like $30-35 it's a good deal, but charge your devices while they're off with this thing or you'll be disappointed.

Super cheap for 10K mAh, but good luck charging while the device is on..

 It's actually heavy for a power bank, and bulky enough that I can't carry it around in my apron at work. It takes forever to charge up to use and doesn't do a good job of holding charge. Once it's taken off the charge, it starts loosing percentage even when I don't have anything hooked up to it. The only reason I gaved it 3 stars is because it works as a power bank, but it was not at all what I thought it would be
