The fit and feel of this shoe overall is amazing the fit is true to size so I stuck with my size 11 and the show itself is very comfortable especially in the the back of the ankle with the extra thick padding. The rest of the shoe feel secure but comfortable enough to feel almost as if you’re wearing a sock. The overall design is very flattering and sleek allowing you to pair it with almost any outfit. The show is comfortable enough to wear all day as it provides great support but when you play hard for a couple of hours you do feel some pressure in the arch

Since you play outdoor, I’d recommend one of two very durable shoes: the jordan zoom separate or the li ning speed 8 premium (can get them on amazon) Both have really great durability and are awesome guard shoes with responsive but comfortable cushioning. They both are pretty light on foot and play fantastic overall, especially for a quicker shifty guard playstyle.

I loved the Kobe’s but after playing longer than an hour they hurt the hell out of my feet I’m guessing because there wasn’t much cushion. Now here we are, I was looking at finding a new pair for months but I watched countless review videos and was mostly leaning toward the Jordan Zoom Separate because of the great reviews and price tag, I wanted to stay in the budget range of $100. I tried on the Zoom Separates a couple days ago and they felt nice in store, really low to the ground imo.

Kobe 9 Elite: The shoe actually felt pretty dated, the shoe transition felt really clunky when running. It took forever to actually put on the shoe because it was so high, support felt decent though.

I liked the traction and support it had overall throughout the shoe I wasn’t sliding up and down the court and my feet were not in pain after multiple hours of play the design of the shoe isn’t the best but maybe with better color ways it would look better!

With that being said I am kind of perplexed that modern shoes still have traction problems when shoes in the 80s 90s 2000s had amazing grip. Jordan 1s, Jordan 11s, Jordan 13, Air force 1, skyforce 1, foamposites LeBron 1-6. All have incredible traction that can be used both indoor and out. Kobe 9 and kyrie 2 probably have the best indoor traction of all time, and these came out years ago

They also have supreme ankle support to minimize ankle sprang. The traction on the shows are superb and can not be beat. These shoes will keep you from sliding and slipping on any court surface. I personally have played on hardwood and concrete and had no slippage
