I had expected the soles to be more of a white; instead, I call these an "antique white" or off-white. Enough of a difference so you notice it when wearing something with true white in it on top.

These shoes are good if you don't mind having substantial amount of arch support. I prefer them over Converse (Chucks) because they provide slightly more support and are lighter.

These are stiff and pretty narrow, not very flexible, and have literally no support. I would not recommend.
