 The tray is difficult to slide and worse, easily dislodges nearby wiring. And unlike Webers the smaller grease pan isn't easy to access. I relocated the wiring but haven't found a way to make the pan slide smoothly.  Next, when walking on our wood deck, the 'flavor bars' not above burners rattle! They're are not held in the fire box the same as those over the burners

C’MON Napoleon - with a relatively expensive grill like this, how about you charge me another $10 - $20 an give your customers metal handles and quality doors+hinges that reflect the quality of the rest of the grill. VERRY DISAPPOINTING. I’ll tolerate it and keep the grill but I won’t recommend it to my good friends or family

 They are pieces of junk compared to all the other parts of the grill (IMHO). The handles, other than the grill lid, are cheap chrome colored pieces of plastic that the paint will certainly flake off of within a few months to a year. Good Mid Grade Grill - Some Concerns

 Challenging to roll across smooth concrete let alone sculpted patio scenarios. Set it and forget it but why not one up Weber and put some decent poly wheels on these medium to higher end grills?  Packaging. Napoleon is the Apple of grill packaging. Very nicely done! Even with a little damage to the top of the box, they anticipated this and was packed in such a way to not damage the grill

 No one wants to send something this size back!  Shout out to BBQ Guys! Exceptional reseller (resellerratings.com) and happy to do business with now they are on Amazon! Great shipping method BBQ Guys! You spared no expense in a quality worse case shipping scenario! Big and Bulky! Thank You!

 Sad you coach employees to say that as opposed to standing behind your products that really stood on their own for generations!  On to Napoleon. Exceptional material quality and tolerances outside of the aforementioned front doors. The rear and side sear stations are no joke! Weber claimed to sear but it was nothing like this Napoleon! I like to Sous Vide poultry and lean pork and then get that char without further cooking.  Even heat distribution on exceptional cooking grates

Built like a tank but not all stainless...

 The Lifetime/15 Year Warranty is outstanding. It came well packaged for shipping (all corrugated packing - no Styrofoam) with no damage. The pictorial assembly instructions were easy to follow.  The cast tub and heavy top look like they will last a long time

 Time for a switch.  Watched and read reviews on the Napoleon and decided to give it a try. It has the infrared rotisserie burner with complete rotisserie kit and the infrared side sear burner which don't come on the equivalent Weber models. More bang for the buck

 The ignitor for the infrared doesn't work and it must be lit manually. I didn't really want to spend $2,000 for a grill. I read the reviews and decided to spend the extra money even though there are many grills such as the KitchenAid grill which sell (by Amazon) for $799. The saying "that you get what you pay for" isn't always true

 My KitchenAid competed with many other brands until it finally wore out. I will not recommend the Napoleon grill. Too expensive for what you actually get.

GOOD BBQ GRILL TO BUY - Weber Spirit II E-310 LP Gas Grill

Is this a good deal or should I try to hold out for something better or maybe get a better model?

  Quality is not there compared to the old Weber.  Though we do enjoy the new grill it is almost impossible to move around - and yes - we did assemble it correctly!  Why didn't you put a handle on it - instead of the flimsy shelves???  Also the new cover is no where near the quality of our old one.
