 The tray is difficult to slide and worse, easily dislodges nearby wiring. And unlike Webers the smaller grease pan isn't easy to access. I relocated the wiring but haven't found a way to make the pan slide smoothly.  Next, when walking on our wood deck, the 'flavor bars' not above burners rattle! They're are not held in the fire box the same as those over the burners

C’MON Napoleon - with a relatively expensive grill like this, how about you charge me another $10 - $20 an give your customers metal handles and quality doors+hinges that reflect the quality of the rest of the grill. VERRY DISAPPOINTING. I’ll tolerate it and keep the grill but I won’t recommend it to my good friends or family

 They are pieces of junk compared to all the other parts of the grill (IMHO). The handles, other than the grill lid, are cheap chrome colored pieces of plastic that the paint will certainly flake off of within a few months to a year. Good Mid Grade Grill - Some Concerns

 Challenging to roll across smooth concrete let alone sculpted patio scenarios. Set it and forget it but why not one up Weber and put some decent poly wheels on these medium to higher end grills?  Packaging. Napoleon is the Apple of grill packaging. Very nicely done! Even with a little damage to the top of the box, they anticipated this and was packed in such a way to not damage the grill

 Sad you coach employees to say that as opposed to standing behind your products that really stood on their own for generations!  On to Napoleon. Exceptional material quality and tolerances outside of the aforementioned front doors. The rear and side sear stations are no joke! Weber claimed to sear but it was nothing like this Napoleon! I like to Sous Vide poultry and lean pork and then get that char without further cooking.  Even heat distribution on exceptional cooking grates

Built like a tank but not all stainless...

 The Lifetime/15 Year Warranty is outstanding. It came well packaged for shipping (all corrugated packing - no Styrofoam) with no damage. The pictorial assembly instructions were easy to follow.  The cast tub and heavy top look like they will last a long time

 Time for a switch.  Watched and read reviews on the Napoleon and decided to give it a try. It has the infrared rotisserie burner with complete rotisserie kit and the infrared side sear burner which don't come on the equivalent Weber models. More bang for the buck

 The ignitor for the infrared doesn't work and it must be lit manually. I didn't really want to spend $2,000 for a grill. I read the reviews and decided to spend the extra money even though there are many grills such as the KitchenAid grill which sell (by Amazon) for $799. The saying "that you get what you pay for" isn't always true

 My KitchenAid competed with many other brands until it finally wore out. I will not recommend the Napoleon grill. Too expensive for what you actually get.

Weber is always my go to, great customer service, and those are the best (only) electric options.

Guys and gals, I'm moving to an apartment where I can only have an electric grill.  Such a bummer.  I need a small grill that is electric, and I need some suggestions.  It's gunna be a big change from the big weber I had, and smoker, but can't give up cooking.  Quality, and small size, enough for a couple of people, just need some suggestions!  Thanks everyone.

Need help moving to apartment, need electric grill.

 I also have a Weber Q portable gas grill. Just as portable, but 10x easier. If there is a place to dump charcoal, you're golden. But even beyond that, I'd pick the Q for camping/picnicking/tailgating

Any one have experience/ thoughts on these grills. On either version, I was thinking on getting one for the times were I only cook small portions or for a beach day here in soCal. 
How do they hold up? Would you recommend ?

Weber go anywhere thoughts

  The grill is fine so far but I am unable to connect the propane tank because there is not enough space between the grill handle and the connector for the cylinder.  I have to get my husband to do it because he uses 2 hands to push the bracket down so the threaded units match up to secure the cylinder.  Very poor design and if my husband is not here to help me I can't start the grill.

We just purchased a new Weber Q1200 gas grill.  We had an older model which was great but I wanted a new one with the temperature gauge.  They came out perfectly! I used tongs to turn them over one time and kept the lid closed to maintain the heat. Excellent results! The steaks were cooked to perfection with great-looking grill marks, and there was no "gas" taste to the food; something I hated about our previous grill.  Cleaning up the grill was as with most. The disposable drip pan caught all the drips and the grill plates were coated and needed some soaking before I used a kitchen scrubber (plastic teeth) to clean off the oily residue from cooking the meat
