Mossberg Maverick with folding stock, bone stock Anderson Manufacturing AM-15, SCCY 9mm with 32 round clip & ammo bag

First shotgun, first rifle, first pistol. Poor mans “armed in 2021”

I bought that stock for my maverick 88 all i can say is after 2 range days I took it off and put a hogue grip on instead

Good luck finding one of these, Mossberg 500 roadblocker edition with ATI folding stock. Springfield XD .45 for scale

 This one has a hollow part right here probably where the screw goes in that attaches to the receiver other than that it's filled in. So the Maverick 88 is going to be a lighter firearm. Do I care about the hollow stock? As long as it doesn't shatter on my shoulder I don't care at all. I mean anything I can do to save weight to make the shotgun lighter because they're already pretty heavy especially when you load them up is a plus for me

 This is made for shooting really small targets that are moving at a high rate of speed and it's extremely hard to do that with a ghost ring set up. It just doesn't work, it blocks a bunch of your vision, it's slower to use, it's just not, it sucks, it really does. I mean you can go with either one, it'll probably be just fine, but if you're looking for maximum speed without a doubt bead sight is the way to go. The font on the receiver even looks different

 Now the Maverick 88 has a bead sight which is exactly how a shotgun should be because as soon as the stock hits your cheek, you're on target and you discharge the firearm. The Mossberg 500 has a ghost ring sight set up and because there's such a little price difference between the one with the ghost ring set up and without, like I said you're probably almost always going to see the ghost ring set up on the ones in the shop, but when you come up it touches your cheek and now you're too low, so now you've got to bring your head up and fire. If you've never ran a shotgun before and you go to the ghost ring set up, you'll probably be like, oh that's just fine, but now like let's say you were on a ghost ring set up and then you went to a bead sight set up, as soon as you get familiar with the sights you'll notice instantly, you're insanely faster. On a shotgun I feel you should never have anything but a bead sight set up

 But ghost ring sights, they really are that horrible and it's making me lean away from it. I mean they get hooked on everything, they're slow. I probably would still go with the Mossberg because I don't like the pistol grip stocks on shotgun anyway, I like where the safety is on here. It is almost double the price of the Maverick 88

What Is The Real Difference ? Why The Add Cost ? Is It Worth It ?

 I love it. Just a warning for the faint of heart. Slugs dislocated my shoulder. And while i couldn't be happier I don't expect much of anyone to like the recoil with heavy slug loads

 This gun came from the certified used guns vault at Gunz.com and even though it is used it's in excellent shape I also want to show that it is clear. The Mossberg Maverick 88 gets its name from the year 1988 when it was first produced. It is assembled in Texas with some Mexican parts which reduces its cost

It will fit your hand out of the box and it's a good compact size. Very dependable and accurate.

So my husband wants to take me to a local gun shop on my birthday to buy me a new gun. I have small hands and most guns are too big to hold, are uncomfortable to shoot, or just bulky in my hands. 

I have no idea what I want. All I know is it will be a 9mm. It will also mostly be a conceal carry firearm, so it can't be too big since I'll print like a mf'er.

I currently own:
Sig P2022 (very comfortable to shoot, just heavy with 15rds)
Rock Island 22TCM (I love my little hand cannon but not suitable for CC since only one company makes ammo and it isn't cheap)
Rock Island 1911 45ACP (I print like a mf'er in this one and only holds 7)
Rock Island Map1 (hands down my favorite gun, is a bit much to carry though since the mag holds 19 iirc)
Two or three Makoravs (love my Polish babies but not enough to carry)
Tokarev (not a reliable carry gun)

Other handguns we own:
In total, about 5 Makoravs 
M&amp;P Shield
A few 1911s
Sig M18
Buckmark 22
A Taurus in 22
An isralei 9mm
Browning high power 
And a few others I know I'm missing but can't remember (I'm also awful with names for guns lol)

What do y'all suggest for small hands? Nothing sub compact cause even those are awkward in my hand (my hand is 6" from wrist to middle finger tip).

Husband wants to take me to buy a handgun - need suggestions

 Very cool. The M&P-12 Bullpup, totally new category from Smith & Wesson. Smith & Wesson M&P-12. This is really a new platform for them, 12 gauge Bullpup, very short and handy design

 You can load an entire box of mini shells into this, and it's actually an absolute blast to shoot. It's very low recoiling, but it's a fun shooting shotgun. Another thing I see on here is the safety selector. So that same field to like the M&P with like the M&P-15, where it's an AR style ambidextrous safety selector

In my honest opinion, the 500 Smith & Wesson magnum is a good first firearm for new shooters. Easy to control and not bad on recoil.

What should I shoot for my first time?

 That's why it's six or seven. Most loads I've found that you get seven and then with minis, I've been able to get it over 20 plus one in terms of capacity and it is set up and designed to run many shells as you will see throughout the video. We've got it set to left side feed right now and left side is loaded up with some Aguila mini slugs and then the right tube is a mix of mini slugs and just some bird shot. So we will see how it shoots with both loads here

 But in terms of capacity, you get six or seven two and three quarter inch shells. Each shell with different brands and stuff like that can be a little bit different size wise. That's why it's six or seven. Most loads I've found that you get seven and then with minis, I've been able to get it over 20 plus one in terms of capacity and it is set up and designed to run many shells as you will see throughout the video

Smith & Wesson M&P 12 Bullpup Shotgun Review 🇺🇸

 Right now I got 14 rounds of birdshot loaded up. Again, it's two and three quarter, seven in each tube. The tube selector is right here so we'll see how that operates for us when we're shooting it. I have not shot this gun yet

 So this thing is all changeable back straps, it comes with three or four different back straps so you can change it to your actual, your grip and what feels comfortable for you. As well as a M-lock foregrip on this thing and M-lock rail mounts all around. It's optics ready, doesn't come with an optic. Like I said, I threw this Vortech on there, it's ready to go

 Obviously shooting out here in the middle of a field, blowing up a table is fun, but my shoulders feeling it, my wrist is feeling it from those shells ejecting. If you are going to use this for home defense, it's great that it holds as many rounds as it does and has two tubes. I honestly, I'm not a huge fan of this tube selector right here. It's just, it's, it feels a little cheap and it's going to take some training to get used to using under a stressful situation
