 As of the ride, it is a decent ride for the price it asks. It uses Hobbywind ESC so the power delivery is smooth. The flat deck makes it a good cruiser for the city commute at a slower speed, for sure. The black version is the one I was sent with and it looks decent

 So, I would say comfort is more valuable in this category than raw performance like torque or range. So, here are my final thoughts about Walgo 2S Max. As of $500, this is a decent budget board to get started with. I mean, $500 isn't that much in the Eastgate world, we say

 I dislike the fact that for such a cruising speed board that tops at 28 mph with hub motors, the deck is stiff instead of flexible. I mean, the board is positioned to be a commuter instead of like a performance beast. So, I would say comfort is more valuable in this category than raw performance like torque or range. So, here are my final thoughts about Walgo 2S Max

 The first being the finish of the trucks. The trucks has some sharp edges, which I see no benefit other than just the look to be nicer. The bushings that are stock are also way too soft. Consider average riders in the western are heavier, 85A is definitely not enough
