I ordered this as a christmas present in October to make sure i could get one before they sold out but now am unable to exchange it for a new size when opened on Christmas Morning because to much time has passed. They should let you know there is only a small time frame to exchange. So now i have a pair of leggings that do not fit and need to order another pair for my daughters Christmas present replacement. Very disappointed with this color shown as "Shadow PINK", but actual color is "LAVENDER/Purple"! I don't have ANYTHING PURPLE! The company should state that they are light LAVENDER/PURPLE and not "PINK"! Comfy and warm BUT do NOT think they are genuine UGG’s. They were not in UGG box, COLOR is off, INSIDE was the clincher! NOT authentic shearling inside and you can tell by touch. If you're iffy about purchasing, I checked UGGs website and went through every single counterfeit vs authentic list that is on there and these boots are not knockoffs. Super happy with my UGGs and they fit perfectly into my mini winter collection of UGGs, will definitely purchase more in the future

 UGGs once were slouchier, the shafts now are so narrow and straight that I can barely wear a classic tall. This shorter boot is no better. I have compare the newer styles to my vintage uggs - they are MUCH narrower. Bring back the classic fit and I will buy more!

This pair of boots were so small that my size 11 foot could not get even a few inches into the shaft of the 11M boot. They were a lovely color, looked well crafted, yet unwearable. UGGs once were slouchier, the shafts now are so narrow and straight that I can barely wear a classic tall. This shorter boot is no better

I have four pairs of Ugg classics, all in size 7. I normally wear a 7.5 in other shoes. When I got these I couldn't believe how tight they were across my instep and I could barely get my left foot into the boot at all
