Comfort

Like it very much.

Ergonomically excellent. Sometimes it gets a little laggy and slow (as did the Performance MX that preceded it), but for the most part I'm very happy with it.

Battery Charge Time

That said, what I've found is that it is a HUGE battery drain. I can definitely say that after a day of using the MagSpeed feature in which one "spins" the wheel freely, you will start to see the on-screen warning that the mouse is running low on charge either at the end of said day or pretty early on the next day. You'll get only two days charge AT THE MOST. Still not a deal killer because Logitech allows charging while usage

Horrible battery life for an otherwise good mouse

I've been using all Steel Series gear for ten years now, from the keyboard, mousepad to mice, all from Steel Series. After using 3 generations of the wired Rivals, I decided to try out a lighter mouse, hence this purchase. I can confidently say, after using it for almost a year, that this battery life has to be one of the most irritating things ever from any Steel Series product. I will use it for not even 24 hrs and the mouse would die, sure, it charges quickly for a little bit of use, but when it constantly dies mid-game with 0 warning, I'm really starting to wonder if Steel Series is still worth it

Great mouse for Mac users

Since I'm fully invested in the Apple ecosystem, using a Mac both at home and at work, I decided to go with the Mac-specific version of the MX Master. I've been using it for an entire month now, and these are its pros and cons: Pros: - Outstanding battery life. - Customizability through Logi Options is awesome. Having the ability to set up different behavior on an app-by-app basis is a huge productivity boost

Great performance, sub par battery life

First off, this mouse is great. It feels great, works great and even looks great. The steel series app also makes adjusting the rgb easy and fun. My only issue is the battery life

Scroll Wheel

About 99% of the way to perfection

(As soon as I got the mouse I just sat around scrolling the wheel for half an hour before even setting it up) The ratcheting isn’t as tactile as a normal ratcheting wheel but that should be expected since it’s all controlled by magnets. The horizontal scroll wheel is nice but I didn’t expect it to feel as heavy as it does. It doesn’t spin freely but I think that’s a good thing because I would just be flying sideways any time I accidentally touched it. The buttons on the side have a “bump” in them but they’re dampened so you get the feedback of clicking but it’s not as pronounced as the actual mouse buttons

Absolute garbage, I can't believe I paid around $60+ for this, It's like a 3$ mouse you buy on wish, 1) Wheel had clicking problems from the start (sometimes works sometimes doesn't) 2) It doesn't work when I turn the PC on, so i have to unplug it and plug it again (looks like software issue idk) 3) And now just 4 months later, it randomly stops working every 10-20mins, so i have to unplug it and plug in again. 4) Even if it did work without these 3 issues, the overall quality of the build and plastics feels cheap. Certainly my last SteelSeries product, better stick to what you trust (Zowie/Logitech/Microsoft)

Amazing mouse for Macbook

No middle button, which you need to for 3D software, and the charging port in the bottom means you can't use it while it's charging. It's a terrible design. Looking for alternatives, I stumbled upon the MX Master 3. I was a little tentative about buying a mouse with a taller profile, but my worries were quickly dispelled

Updated: Returning after 20 minutes of use (Now keeping)

I still think it would benefit from being just slightly smaller. It's hard to reach the vertical scroll wheel, and when you're in a web browser with tabs, it makes your tabs swap which is nice but the layout makes it not a great experience. Where this mouse shines is the ability to assign custom actions by app. For example, in Microsoft Teams I was able to make the scroll wheel mute and unmute with a click

However, if you are simply looking for a mouse that fits your hand best and helps your aim the most, just note that Aerox 3 wireless is currently the smallest, with XM1 like shape, top tier wireless mouse out in the market. There simply aren't many wireless options out there atm. GPW/RVU/MOW are all medium-sized which could be a bit too big for ppl on the smaller hand spectrum.

Skip the Pale Grey version

I thought maybe it was a result of something I ate, but it's been a while since I've had Cheetos. I tried to clean it off, but it's more than just a surface stain. I gave it 3 stars for gaming only because its weight is substantial for a mouse and I'd imagine you'd want something more nimble for gaming. This Pale Grey version is being returned and the Space Grey version is in the mail!

A solid mouse with great shape and amazing sensor for good price

It is honeycomb and yet still feels as sturdy as normal mice. - The SIZE and WEIGHT. It'll fit small-to-medium sized hands for either palm/claw/finger-tip grip easily. Furthermore, it's super lightweight and you'll notice the difference immediately if you switch from a heavier mouse
