 I have three stringed instruments, I have an electric, an acoustic, and a bass and I honestly think it's made me really. The Hx Stomp is what allowed me to do that. It made me realize that like sure, having new gear is inspirational and you know I'm never saying that I'm not going to purchase another guitar, switch it up, or buy more guitars, or more pedals. but right now it's doing exactly what I need and it's been amazing

 I can't wait to actually try it out. Maybe I'll do a video once I upgrade my Hx. Stop back there and um yeah, it might become end up becoming one of my favorites. Um and then as I mentioned earlier, the ampeg stuff with like the liquid chorus and the liquid or I don't think it's called the liquid comp but the the I think it's a optical compressor by a peg could be wrong on that

 It's nice to have that in the box available to me if I need it, but a lot of times you know it's just simple dirt delay, reverb stereo amp preferably which with the added efficiencies of the eight blocks, etc etc I'm easily able to do all through the Hx Stomp and that's what makes it worth it to me. But I want to know what you guys think comment down below: Do you think or are you using just the Hx Dom by itself to basically get your entire tone? Or is it just like an effects box that you know you use for certain effects that you know? Like I said, you need for the occasional gig, but you don't want it to take up a space actually on your board. When you go from clean to dirty, you'll want to level it out just like you would on a two channel amp. Just remember, even though it's remarkably smart, it only does what you tell it to do. And then switches two and three can bring in boost, modulation, delay, tremolo, whatever

  TL;DR: An enormously powerful tool in a compact package. It's best used as a compact all-in-one for a straightforward player - even as a complete amp and effects replacement - or as part of a larger rig where modeling and additional effects are wanted. There is a learning curve, but it is shorter than you might thing. Spend quality time building presets and the rewards are there

 You will want to take advantage of Snapshot mode. You will want to make certain that you level everything out. For example, in a program, you can split the paths with one path having a clean and comped tone and the other a dirty tone: that's three blocks, but just one footswitch. When you go from clean to dirty, you'll want to level it out just like you would on a two channel amp

 It's responsive, it's powerful, it's compact. And there are easy ways to include your favorite effects - the simplest being an FX Loop (which you can have two of, if you wish). Remember that almost any choice you make to change your sound requires a 'block' - essentially a slot for a subroutine.  Second thing: if you take the time to actually learn how to use it properly, it just opens up

 We also have four snapshots per preset on the Hx Stomp Xl, where we had three snapshots per preset on the Hx Stomp [Music] The foot switches in the Hx Stomp in the Hx Top Xl can be used in a few different ways. On the Hx Stop, we can step up and down through presets, or we can access individual effects on and off stomp mode. Or we can access snapshots which are basically variations on the main preset where some effects might be turned off and others on. So we can step through three different snapshots here

Mxr knows Phases. The phase 90’s compact size, superior construction, and refined sound put MXR on the map, and it set the standard by which all Other Phases are judged. Two years later, MXR released the phase 45-a mellower version of the effect favored for its ability to easily blend into a band's mix. Now, you can get both iconic circuits in a single pedal while tightening up your pedalboard at the same time. The phase 95 combines the phase 45 and phase 90 circuits in a Mini housing with about half the footprint of a standard MXR pedal.  Hey what's up, it's Paul from Guitar World and today we're going to be checking out one of my favorite new pedals. Mini pedals are all the rage right now, but if there's one pedal that retains all the high fidelity and all the sweet syrupy phasing that we love from a Phase 90 pedal, it's the brand new Mini Pedal Phase 95, which is four pedals in one, Phase 45 and Phase 90, a greatest hits of phasing, that sounds amazing, definitely check it out.

Right now, both of these pedals are before the distortion because I always think that you should put modulation effects before the distortion. But the deep phase, because it's so deep, sounds as if it's behind that
