Good.  I mean quite Good, first draft of a case.

 That was the original build that was put together in this case, which featured a race spire cooler for our 3700X CPU, the Gigabyte B450i Aorus Pro Wi-Fi motherboard, which I was able to update the UEFI on to be compatible with our Ryzen 3000 series processor. The memory was of course the DDR4 kit running at 3600 castle NC16, and after a 10 minute IDA64 burn-in test, our CPU's peak temperature hit 85.6 degrees celsius, which is pretty warm, but not to the point where it's going to shut the system down or anything, although if we were able to lower that temperature we'd probably get a little bit better frequencies out of our processor. Average temperature after 10 minutes was 82

 I've been using the Lian Li BR series digital 120mm fans, so I dropped those in there too, and we're looking at around $2,300 as compared to when I originally parted the system out in this case, which is a 1550, so you want to spend more money to get the appropriate system, in my opinion, to put in the Lian Li TU150. That is, of course, just my opinion though, so I'm curious what your opinions are about this case, about the sort of process I've gone through when it comes to choice of components, swapping things in and out, my admittedly flawed testing methodologies for this video, but I would be very curious to know what you guys think of this in the comments section down below, and of course, if you enjoyed this video, hit the thumbs up button on your way out.  Case in point, today we're going to be testing this system that I put together in the Lian Li TU150 Mini ITX or Mini DTX case and it's a tale of mixed feelings about my choices, an early build that I did with hardware that wasn't final, some mixed testing, and my updated thoughts now that I've worked with it for a couple weeks. Sometimes parts that I work with seem to have a natural fit and I think there is a perfect build for this case which I almost pulled off, but not quite. I'll cover the ideal build in this case in my humble opinion at the end of this video. Excellent! Before any of that though, when I initially put this system together over a month ago, there were some questions

 Long story short, it did not. It was not compatible when I did XMP settings out of the box. I tried several times to tweak the tunings and the timings to go for lower frequency or looser timings. Eventually I decided for the sake of testing to just not use this kit

UPGRADING and TESTING My $1750* Lian Li TU150 Build!

  Pros: - The carrying handle; the biggest factor that lead me to buying this in the first place - Part compatibility; This thing can handle beefy GPUs, up to a point. I have an EVGA 2080 Super XC Ultra, and there's still plenty of length left. It is also a 2.75 slot card

 - Cable cutout size: The biggest headache for me was routing the all cables through one hole above the PSU to keep them out of sight for a cleaner build. It NEEDS to be wider; same goes for the cutout right by the PSU vent, as the 24pin and GPU cables are needed to route through there. - space behind the motherboard tray is on the thin side. While the forward portion is indented, the amount of cables that need to be routed through it demands more volume, while the more rear portions have sparse cable tie points

  Cons: - Size: Ironically, the case's size also become a hindrance because it's slightly too big for SFX PSU cables to route in an aesthetically pleasing way, while being too small when using extensions. It practically begs custom length cables. - Cable cutout locations and sizes: It's as if the designers knew some cables would be too short so they added more cutouts, but I feel like to do this, they had to sacrifice other possible points to keep the integrity of the case. More on this on the next point

This case is great - it's beautiful, it's pretty well designed for airflow given the small form factor, and the handle is amazing. I bought this case so I would be able to carry it onto a plane with me, and while I haven't tried that yet it seems like the perfect solution to PC transport. The materials of the case are really nice. Building in this case was fairly straightforward for an ITX case

 This tends to lead to a bit of a cable mess in the top right corner of the case, which is smartly blocked out by the glass panel. There isn't really enough depth behind the motherboard for easy cable routing and especially SATA cables are annoying to deal with. However after some finagling everything will fit and you will have a beautiful PC that is also portable. 8/10 would buy again

Awesome Case

 Another issue is with the paint, I bought the black version and I was super careful as I knew the paint would have a chance of scratching. I plotted each panel on a smooth surface and 2 of the panels decided to scratch and now there’s a couple silver scratches on both of the panels which really messed with my OCD. One of the letters of Lian Li on the front panel also fell off for some reason which was dumb. There’s a couple more issues I had with it but they weren’t as bad as the first 3 I listed

 Also it has a usb c on the front if you have a board to support the feature.  The handle is very solid and I wouldn't hesitate to carry this anywhere with it.  My review is kindof all over the place but I give this a 10/10. If you have some big air cooling on your hardware but want it fairly small with a handle to carry it, this is absolutely the case to get

 Also for how large the case there is only 1 front 120mm and 1 back 120mm. There is 2 slots below the gpu as well. But with my gpu which is not really that THICC I could barely fit 15mm slim fans (used a measuring tape, I will buy them at a later time to improve gpu temps). With that all being said I have 2 cheaper arctic fans on the front and back and no fans under the gpu and I get pretty decent temps for my hardware

 For the TU150 though, it definitely gets my recommendation overall for an ITX system that isn't sweating the details when it comes to space optimization and airflow optimization and things like that. If you're not sweating that sort of stuff, then the TU150 is definitely appropriate. It does offer the aluminium and tempered glass aesthetic that so many people have been waiting for at an affordable price point. So guys, I would love to know your thoughts down below on the Leanly TU150

 For air intake, the front panel does have a quiet large gap at the bottom for air to be pulled in by a 120mm fan, and below the GPU we're able to fit two 120mm fans quite comfortably, just like the NCase M1. So, radiator placement and water cooling support for a case of this size is honestly lacking a little. There's no 240mm AIO support that you'll find in the NCase M1, just a slot for a single 120mm AIO at the rear. When I saw this case at Computex, I initially thought that a dual 120mm AIO configuration was possible, but unfortunately the fan slot at the front of the case is positioned too high towards the power supply, so although a 120mm fan will fit, a radiator will not

 Now let's talk about the thermals. So, starting with the CPU thermals with our 9900K, the Lian Li TU150 is giving us a very strong performance. Despite the TU150 being mostly closed off, it's able to brute force its way to the top end of the stack by leveraging the NH-D15. The NCase M1 still keeps the top result though, and if the TU150 was better ventilated, then it would have easily been able to beat this result, as would the Silverstone LD03 when using the NH-U12A

 So, there is stiff competition from NZXT. Now the reason that I'm making a strong comparison against the NCase M1 as well is that, for one, they look very similar, and because Li & Li actually do the manufacturing for the NCase M1. That's why the aluminium panels look identical, available in both silver and black by the way. They're also using the same toaster feet that I've never been a fan of, and also the same pushpin mechanism for the side panels, which does secure things nicely

Lian Li TU150 Review - A Thicc Ncase M1?

 Airflow is actually quite decent for an ITX case. And then the cable routing options are fantastic. It has basically everything that you would expect in an ATX case shrunk down into an ITX portable form factor. Leanly has actually done a lot of things right with getting a small case ready here

 So one of the biggest things about this TU150 is that it just screams the best land case that you could possibly get for portability, for hauling around. And I want to go over the construction and design of it first to kind of give you an idea of what this case has. So it has the beautiful, super smooth brushed aluminum on the top, the side and the front side panels. You have the tempered glass here and it's been designed to creatively block this cable mess right up here with the cutout on the tempered glass

 And Reece said I have to give it an extra 100 bonus points because it's just so freaking sexy. So let me know what you think of the TU150 down below in the comments. Is this something that you would pick up, especially if you travel to lands lot? Is the portable handle case something that you like or is the handle more of a gimmick to you?  Now I'll say that this is one of the more creative and cleaner designs that we've seen from Sligar who also make the highly optimized Cerberus and SM series cases. This is the first time that I've seen these softly brushed and thinner panels from them and I definitely do prefer it. There are still some spots that do look a bit rough around the edges but for the most part this is the highest quality case that I've seen them produce. One thing that does look a bit out of place here though is that cheap power button which you could probably buy for around 50 cents at your local electronics shop

I personally would have liked to see something a bit more premium to suit the rest of the design. Another part that looks a bit out of place is the platform or stand that the SV590 is intended to be screwed onto and the reason for this is that the bottom panel is not completely flat

 While the end case M1 is kind of portable at 12.5 liters the SV590 isn't portable at all but still this thermal result is very impressive. On the note of GPU thermals seeing as that side panel ventilation is relatively blocked off it does lead to a warmer result than we'd like. This also means that the GPU thermals benefit quite a lot by an increase in radiator fan speed at which point we can tie the NZXT H1

 This case here is one that I've been waiting to take a look at for quite some time because as far as I know, this is the smallest case on the market that can fit a 360 mil radiator. In fact, it's the only ITX case that I know of to fit a radiator that large and that's a pretty impressive spec because some of the more compact mid-tower cases out there like the NZXT H510, they can't even fit 360 mil rads and here we have it in a case that's just 18 liters in volume. Now I won't spoil too much but if you do need a small form factor case with some of the best CPU thermal performance that you can get, this should definitely be one to consider but despite those very impressive thermals and radiator compatibility, there are quite a few things that you should know before you build in this case. So here it is, the Sligar SV590, an enthusiast approach on the vertical small form factor PC case and before we dive in, I'll just say that I'm a big fan of this vertical orientation

Sliger SV590 Review - 360mm AIO in ITX

For a similar footprint i switched to the sv590. stuck a 360mm rad, a byski pump and cooled both cpu and gpu.

The next step is actually to get screws in here. Now, my standard screwdriver just barely fits through these vents, although I'm going to have to work at an angle

 First off, you need a CPU liquid cooler. You cannot use air cooling for this. So forget about low profile air cooling. That's just not going to work in this case
