Lian Li PC-TU150 vs NZXT H210i

..WHY The good: -has a handle, that should be the only reason you buy this case, there are plently of other, better made ITX cases without handles that are a better build and experience and look more classy -It's got good airflow -has a closed top for pilling stuff on (doesn't seem to gimp airflow -works with my hybrid 2080ti -$100 is a fair price for this case It's a pc case, I stopped caring about RGB or staring at my case more than my monitor and I wanted to be able to easily carry it with me on my photo/video shoots (where I go for a week at a time) so I can edit and cull with ease

But when I had a case without it, I thought actually, what does it matter really? So I think if NZXT bought out a case that didn't have the PSU shroud...

Case in point, today we're going to be testing this system that I put together in the Lian Li TU150 Mini ITX or Mini DTX case and it's a tale of mixed...

The case has a few build quality control issues. The screws for example strip easily and are made of a crummy material (they're very cheap). In trying to get the radiator panel off the screw on the back stripped completely and I was unable to remove it which would have made the build go even smoother for cable management and such. Also, screws are insanely tight when you receive the case so just be careful as you unscrew them

This tends to lead to a bit of a cable mess in the top right corner of the case, which is smartly blocked out by the glass panel. There isn't really enough depth behind the motherboard for easy cable routing and especially SATA cables are annoying to deal with. However after some finagling everything will fit and you will have a beautiful PC that is also portable. 8/10 would buy again

I am really happy with this case. Very similar to a mid tower, just smaller. I wanted this size of case so that it would fit under my custom desk easier. ITX builds are sometimes a compromise but this one allowed me to do a 240mm AIO for CPU and a 120mm AIO on the GPU, bot in push pull

Another issue is with the paint, I bought the black version and I was super careful as I knew the paint would have a chance of scratching. I plotted each panel on a smooth surface and 2 of the panels decided to scratch and now there’s a couple silver scratches on both of the panels which really messed with my OCD. One of the letters of Lian Li on the front panel also fell off for some reason which was dumb. There’s a couple more issues I had with it but they weren’t as bad as the first 3 I listed

The build quality, and fit/finish are simply excellent. If it is not abundantly clear at this point, I simply love this case!

My review is kindof all over the place but I give this a 10/10. If you have some big air cooling on your hardware but want it fairly small with a handle to carry it, this is absolutely the case to get.

This is a small form factor case so some of these things should be expected and a lot of these would be eliminated with the use of a dual fan radiator but it might take away room need for some larger GPU cards. There is not much cooling getting to the back of the phantom itx mobo so if you use this board get your m.2 module with a low profile heatsink as there is not much room back there or buy one to add to it. Lastly the module that controls the ”i” part of this is well, just look for Gamers Nexus review of CAM ANR on YouTube
