This front loader replaced a new LG high efficiency smart top loader with turbowash. We first purchased the LG top loader with an impeller, WT7800CW, and used if for about 2 weeks. They were 2 very unhappy weeks. This washer had constant balancing issues, used enormous amounts of water ( 3 full water loads per wash to "fix" the balancing issues),

I offered to pay a few hundred in a restocking fee, which would have been around 40% of the total price of the washer - nothing. I asked if they had called LG's Dealer Services line, and they admitted they had not, but that based off their experiences dealing with LG in the past, they didn't think LG would work for them here. That's fair and it's totally possible that LG would have stonewalled them, too - but it's also possible that they might not have.

Contacted them for service under my warranty been couple weeks nobody called file online for service still waiting for a call back been over a week maybe 2 and I still have not gotten a call. We are in a queue. My warranty expires in a couple weeks. I will not be buying another LG product if I don't get this fixed and if I end up paying for a repair on my own

There simply isn't enough water being used which in turn means that more electrical energy is being used via longer or multiple wash times. I'm finding the best of all the 'settings' is to place it on the TOWEL mode. I'm also adding an extra POD/soap which is helping.

I got my washer machine since a month ago. I am super happy with the performance. The low energy consumption is definitively something to consider specially for customers like me that runs with solar panels. Great features depending the loundry cycles you want to wash

I liked the looks of it and LG seemed to get the best reviews for repair history. My only complaint about it is that it makes a lot of noise when filling up the tub
