The app is decent and the Smart Controller is very solid an has a nice, bright screen. The audio volume on the V1 (not sure about the V2) is much too low; but otherwise, it's a pleasure to use.

For video, I usually use PNY Pro Elite, Lexar Professional 1066x, or Sandisk Extreme Pro. It will barf on anything other than top-shelf pro-quality cards when shooting video at 4K/60.

Very Fast CF card, doesn't seem to be faster than the 1000x but that's ok

When it comes to storage on a camera, the most important thing to know is whether or not it can hold the images with no issues. This Compact Flash card fits the Canon 5D Mark IV with no problems, and I shot an entire wedding with this recently. The images remained on there until I took them off, and after I cleared it (deleted the images), it continued to work without issues.

That Samsung card, or SanDisk High Endurance would work well with the Blueskysea cameras. 16 GB is great for 1080p front-only cameras just being driven around town. Once you get into long drives, higher resolution cameras, and front/rear camera duos I recommend 32 GB bare minimum for the SD card, and 64 or 128 if financially possible. Do you plan to plug into your 12 volt DC outlet?
