La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M is super thick and moisturising. I love it for winter. It's got a thick, creamy texture and really reminds me of frosting in terms of texture.

I don’t know if I have eczema or what, but the skin on my arms and mostly in my armpits sometimes gets extremely irritated, raw and sore. when I fake tan, I end up looking like a tiger roll after a couple of days or the tan just clings to my dry patches really bad despite moisturising heavily beforehand. 

I need recommendations for a THICK and moisturising lotion that can be used on my whole body, because majority of it is very dry. QV has done nothing for me - what else should I try?

 So obviously you can see there's a little bit left of this guy

 So I thought I'd had to review it and share my thoughts on it before I finished it up

 Did a quick pH test on it this morning. The pH is about six and a half. So no issues at all with that

 Okay, so they say La Roche Posay Lipicare Wash gentle foaming moisturizing wash is safe for the whole family sensitive skin

 This foaming moisturizing body and face wash with pump gently cleanses dry to extra dry sensitive skin

 This non stripping wash provides 24-hour hydration starting in the shower. If you want to know about non stripping and stripping washes

 Oh my goodness. I used one from skin Iceland

 I think they're glacial glacial facial wash a couple days ago and oh my gosh, that's strip

 You know, you can feel that when your skin is stripped. It's like squeaky clean

 That stuff was horrible. I will never touch it again. That was the first time I'd used it and

 You couldn't pay me use that again, I mean just that squeaky clean feeling when it's like every inch of moisture has been sucked out

 Packaging I like the packaging the pump ball makes it really easy

 In terms of denatured types of alcohol this does not contain any of those

 It's also fragrance free and has no scent this one looks like it's manufactured in France. So no issues with that

 So ease of use so personally, I'm used most of this on my body. Although

 When I'm in a hurry, I have no issues using my face

 It's not as moisturizing as they make it sound but it's not drying per se

 So they just say massage body and face wash on to wet skin rinse and pat dry apply their lipical lip care balm afterwards

 I'll certainly I would buy I would buy another ballast because it's perfect for a place like the cabin where

 You don't really spend a whole lot of time doing your skincare and stuff and it's a great

 It's great because it does do your face and body and you don't have to have all these different bottles, which is nice

 Although on a daily basis, I prefer a face wash. That's a little bit more gentle, but there's no issues with using this on your face and body

 It's pretty gentle, but just not quite enough in my opinion for daily use for occasional use. I'm in a hurry and things like that

 99.999% of it is going down the drain anyway, your skin observes very little of it. That's why cleansers

 there's a lot of times that focus on certain things like

 brightening cleansers or anti-acne cleansers or

 Cleansers for rosacea prones. I mean most of it goes down the drain and so little of it gets absorbed

 but you're still better off going with something gentle and if you want something affordable too

 That's a whole nother thing. So in terms of animal testing La Roche-Posay is not cruelty free

 Everybody knows that I think in terms of performance. So it does a pretty good job like for my body

 I can use this. I still need to apply lotion afterwards. It's not that moisturizing, but it doesn't leave your skin feeling super dry

 It does a pretty good job removing most makeup and sunscreen and things like that as one step cleanser

 It does a pretty good job for that struggles a little bit with waterproof makeup or mascara things like that

 But otherwise it does a pretty good job removing foundation and things like that

 Probably in my opinion more geared towards oilier skin
