I just bought this soundbar along with the rear channel speakers SPK8-S to use with the LG C1 and PS5. I connected the SP8YA to TV through eARC and ps5 to TV through HDMI 2.1. My sound settings for TV: HDMI (ARC), Passthrough, sound share mode, bitstream

Great sound, but the remote control interferes with my tv (e.g. pressing the surround button changes my tv input, or volume up causes netflix to scrub backward) and there is no workaround. Hard to recommend at this price point with this glaring of a bug

So I read the directions and it said to download the LG wifi speaker app. So I did. When you open it you'll get a message saying they're phasing out this app and to download the LG sound bar app. Which I did, it updated itself and everything worked after that

I talked to a representative from Klipsch on February 8, 2022 and they said that they would send me an email so that I could submit proof of purchase and they would send me a replacement soundbar. Never heard anything from them so I submitted a warranty request the next day and it took them until February 17 to respond. This was their exact response “Due to heavier than usual traffic, we are a little slower in our responses, but we have not forgotten about you! We will respond as soon as we can, and apologize for any inconvenience. Have a good day!” by this time I did not want to get stuck with a defective unit so I had sent it back to Amazon for a refund

Per my excitement I ventured down the rabbit hole of troubleshooting with no results. I am still waiting to hear something from LGs product/warranty support.
