What I LIKE: 1) They are definitely more hefty than the Knipex. I feel like they would take abuse better. The hinge on these is huge and well reinforced. The Knipex hinge is smaller and less beefy

The smallest 5" would likely be getting too small and while the 7" or similar I am sure would be a good jack of all trades these work best when used in the middle of their range as opposed to the very ends. In summary I would say get the Ergo style grip for 7" and smaller sizes and regular grip for the larger sizes.

Without a doubt it’s the best needle nose pliers I’ve ever had. It’s comfort coating provides a good grip which meant success in completing my task. They were worth the money I paid for it. I’m glad I finally made the correct purchase

Other than that, the tool as you can see doesn't look like it has been used. I don't see any wear marks or stains on the handle. You can see the oil on the tool. I am still going to do a replacement because I want to know if the replacement will have a box open

These 8" versions will be going in a smaller bag that I have just for going on rooftops. Klein Is Where It's At.

When I set out to replace one of them, I looked for alternatives and something that had better features. This tool exceeds my expectations and makes turning hex bolts, nuts, and hex fittings much easier and faster. The photo with the hammer is for size comparison. The size of this tool is perfect for my tool pouch and lightens my load since I no longer need to carry both 6" and 8" adjustable wrenches
