I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

 Those are not most important issues but with that price that you pay the changes should favor customer.

Small changes that don't favor customer....

 Without the spring the attachment can make rumbling noise and not work as they are supposed to near the bottom of the bowl. I am now waiting what the company is going to respond to my complaint.

Bought this reputable KitchenAid mixer last week but I am going to return it because the washer and spring that holds the attachment in place securely is missing. I spent $50 more than I planned because a merchant told me I have to buy more expensive model that comes with the spring. This is the top model "Artisan" KSM150PSGC and yet the spring is missing despite having it shown on pictures in the attached manual. I am so disappointed! Will have to keep looking for the right product

   Customer service rep instructed me to wash the bowl with a lemon juice and salt mixture to remove the residue.  However 1 or 2 washing didn't do it.  I scrubbed that bowl 8-10 times with lemon juice and salt, then a baking soda paste, and then vinegar before all the residue came off.  I ruined several batches of frosting

Kitchenaid needs to improve quality control.  The mixing bowl had a silver residue which came off on the frosting I was making.   Customer service rep instructed me to wash the bowl with a lemon juice and salt mixture to remove the residue.  However 1 or 2 washing didn't do it

 I chose the persimmon color which is beautiful. I thought I was going to store the mixer in a cabinet but it looks so good with the rust/orange colors in my granite counter, I've decided to leave it out for decoration. This will be the last mixer I will have to purchase.

This purchase was the result of a dismal experience trying to mix up bread dough with a cheapie stand mixer bread hook. Heard so many reports of the miracles of Kitchenaid mixers, that we decided to use an Amazon gift card on one of our own. I have never been particularly interested in cooking, (hubby is the chef in the family) but we are on a quest to eat more healthy and close to the earth foods. So we were united in the purchase decision

 Beautiful mixer, nice construction. Of course I now need to buy new attachments, but hey.  Only issues I've come across is that the bowl is slightly smaller diameter than the KitchenAid and the motor little bit larger so access to the bowl while working is tighter. Acceptable, but would have like a larger bowl diameter

 Being a long-time KitchenAid stand mixer user, and having dealt with the good and bad... I'd actually buy this one again before the former

 Motor is 600w, direct drive, very quiet even on full speed. The only other issue is that the head bobs up and down in a disconcerting manner when working any larger doughs - still have yet to try my #Blissbread recipe in it as I'm afraid it'll choke, but it may surprise me yet. Will update this if it surprises me enough.  Overall, a very nice stand mixer
