Wide, Large Rocker/3D sections at tips and tail for ease of turn and catch free . Medium-soft flex. Has camber underfoot for some pop and carving ability,

My brother is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds (yes he’s very skinny) and has size 11 boots. I’m struggling to determine what boards will work well for him because of his unique build. 

He’s still a beginner but he’s learning quickly. He’s not interested in park riding at all. He is interested in learning how to ride switch though. I was looking into the Ride Warpig because of the wider profile but I don’t have any experience with volume shifted boards. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Board Recommendations for someone 6’2” who weighs 120lbs and wears an 11(US) boot

 So you're not making that compromise like you do with the more directional boards, but still offer a nice benefit for flow. And I think this board does that really well. As far as the features in the board that do give it that extra flow, I think the biggest one is probably just the width to give the board so much more surface area that combined with the rocker tips. You got this nice shallow planing nose to help stay on top of the snow

And one other thing is that it actually has a pretty short effective edge

 Hello, my name is Eddie Wall, we are in Revelstoke, Canada at Eagle Pass Heli and we just finished riding the Salomon Super 8. The profile of this board is something that Salomon calls their backseat camber, so it has traditional camber in the back of the board and then as it starts going towards the nose it slowly becomes rocker and then up into this giant nose right here. This is a directional board but as you can see the tail has a lot of kick on it so it is also going to be able to land switch if you want to do some freestyle tricks and things like that. You can also see here in these last inserts they have one set that is all the way back, so those inserts are going to allow you on a really deep day to get your stance all the way in the back so that you are not going to have to tie it out your back leg
