Lib Tech Stump Ape

I would definitely recommend this board for anybody with a bigger foot like size 11 and over or just anybody with a little bit larger build who's look...

Like I said before though, the Lib Tech Stump Ape is a great board for bigger riders or individuals with larger boot sizes.

I’d look into the lib tech skunk ape if you haven’t already (although it’s a rocker/camber hybrid). They make a 170 UW that is really good for xl riders

I just ordered a Lib-Tech Skunk Ape in size 173 ultra wide. It's about the biggest board I could find and I think will fit me well. The problem is, however, I'm struggling to decide what bindings to buy. I plan on purchasing some Burton boots in size 14 or 15, but almost all bindings just come in "large" and say they are for 10.5+ sizes.

After 4 trips to the mountains, I upgraded. The Lib-Tech Skunk Ape 2021 170UW. With a 28.5cm waist, toe drag and booting are a non-issue. It's stiff (around an 8 out of 10), and has that camber/rocker/camber that's nothing but pop when turning aggressively.

I would look at the Lib Tech Stump Ape 160 or 163, a Never Summer Protosynthetis 162DF, a Never Summer Heritage 164DF... and that's basically it unless you want to build a custom. Even wide boards are unlikely to be wide enough for a 14.5, you need an "ultrawide". A wide board is typically about 262 mm waist width... you'll probably want more like 280+. You're in a bit of a tough spot.

Love Lib’s designs year in year out. Shame the only boards that fit my yeti feet are the skunk and stump ape (and their graphics usually aren’t great). Love my ‘20 Skunk ultrawide though, and this years’ Stump Ape looks good too!

I rode a war pig last season that my buddy owns and i am 6’2 240 and it slayed, I also recommend a lib tech skunk ape or a lib tech double dip or terrain wrecker these are all considered all mountain free ride and powder boards. Lib tech makes great boards for big dudes. I wouldn’t go smaller than a 26.7 waist width if you have a 12 boot.
