Noise Cancellation

It happens on every level of noise cancelling, between 'hear-through', 'ANC', and 'off'. They Won't Always Stay In. Again, I bought these to replace my gym earbuds, and am disappointed that they don't stay put as well as my previous pair, despite being marketed as 'active'. The worst part is that I can't even feel them falling out until they do

Unfortunately, their charging cable is built into the case, which can help you keep track of it but means you need to replace the headphones if it gets damaged. Like most headphones without ANC, they also don't do a good job isolating you from bass-range noise like rumbling engines. That said, they're effective at reducing mid-range noise like chatty co-workers, which is nice if you want to reduce distractions at work.

I didn’t notice a change with ANC on but hear-through is effective. The battery lasts a while. My ears start to ache after a few hours so I don’t ever have them in long enough to drain the battery. The case is sturdy and the material coating the buds and case feels soft and sleek

I love my TOZO T6’s (form factor wise the nearest on the list I mentioned, to the same form factor as these)… but these just seem to fit a little better. Update a few days later (after writing the prior paragraph) – these while they have fallen out from time to time… these are very comfortable. When using them for sleep (whatever side of my head faces the pillow if “side sleeping” doesn’t have an earbud in) … they are more comfortable then the TOZO T6’s I have used for the same thing before and with these there are times I barely know they are there, and I really like that. - Build quality – I will not say these have “great” build quality

Are anyone of the Active 75t users feeling a crackling or hissing sound in left earbuds after the update ?

So I replaced my previous Jabra Elite Active 75t sports for a new one since the other one had the said issue on the left earbud and it's ANC was working poorly. Today I got my replacement and I was careful enough to use it first without updating to observe the sound quality and ANC improvement (wrt to previous one I had). After the update I saw that ANC has improved but the crackling sound started appearing in the left earbud. Hey u/jabrasupport , has Jabra acknowledged this issue assuming it is widespread and will there be a firmware update in the upcoming days ?

Rant :jabra india service partner is pathetic!!!

After umpteen emails exchanged over a period of 1 month .I finally got a confirmation mail for warranty replacement for my 75 t elite active earbuds(various issues with anc on calls and unwanted sounds emanating out of them).Now they tell me that I ve to travel 1300km from my hometown in kochi to pune to get them replaced!!! !Are you kidding me!. And to think of it it took them a month to tell me this

Mine stopped charging after 4 1/2 months but customer service quickly took care of me!

Filed a warranty claim with JLabs but it costs $13 thru UPS and $7 thru USPS to send them back. Only paid $21 so I'll just trash them. Definitely won't buy their products again.
