 Another thing I like with my older cases, when I was vacuuming, the vacuum cleaner would often hit the game boxes on occasion, so I was always trying to not hurt my games with the vacuum cleaner. But because this lower section is thick, that's no longer an issue, which is excellent. I splurged and got an IKEA Kallax 4x4 unit with all the fancy drawer inserts for every cube. Now all my online business supplies and little miscellaneous stuff goes in there, instead of five mini-dressers scattered around the apartment. Literally a quarter the floor space, and way better organized.

For me it was hands down my air fryer - I got it half off with an early Black Friday deal at Target. It’s cut my cooking time to nothing which lets me spend more time doing other things I love. I waste a lot less food because it doesn’t go bad sitting around waiting for me to prepare it (I just cooked a squash in 15 minutes - that normally takes at least an hour in the oven so I would opt for something less time consuming). 

I don’t like the Black Friday shopping mentality, but I’ve been keeping an eye on robot vacuums this year because I think it could be another item that can free up time for me and be well worth the cost (especially if I can get it at a deep discount 😂). 

What was your best purchase in the last year or something you’re hoping to buy/receive this coming holiday season?

Best purchase in the last year?

 Issue I had with this piece is it was very difficult aligning the wooden pegs and assembling the cubes within the bookcase without splitting the particle board. Recommend using a cloth to hammer in pegs as I didn't and I paid good money and the wood became damaged in several areas. Also, superglue doesn't work on particle board to glue back missing pieces. Looks good with my other furniture but feel like I wasted my money because I didn't use a cloth to cushion the blows of the hammer on the particle board when trying to get the pegs in

Used this bookcase as a room divider/bookcase for my studio apartment. Directions state two people should assemble but I'm here by myself so had to put together on my own. Looks nice. Again, particle board
