Icebreaker Ski+ Light vs Wigwam Sirocco

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's my first pair of icebreaker socks and they're so comfortable. Even though they're men's, they got me perfectly without being too loose. Love them

This is disappointing because I have a couple of these types of socks for myself and they have worked well for me, but why even bother selling the XL size if it won't fit? EuroSocks worked out well for him as an alternative.

I noticed when I would come into the lodge at mid-day that it would hold a little bit of moisture but they are overall very comfortable socks and have good padding for comfort when rubbing on the ski boots.

I have both medium cushion and light cushion and choose which to use based on the activity and the outside temperature. Highly recommend.

Nice and snug warm socks washed good and the Aizen adult couldn't use them I have to give them to my kids so they love them they didn't care they they figure they going to the boots and they would high enough to keep warm so they love them

If they last like my other icebreaker socks then I'll be thrilled. They may seem expensive, but worth it in the long run.

That was about 4 years ago and while the socks has held up fine for me, I haven't used them much and find them to be inferior to the ore expensive socks. I particularly take issue with the "High Performance" in the name. This are not high performance socks, they're really thick and don't fit very snuggly. I find that while these are fine for using in rental ski boots, this really don't work well in performance fit ski boots, as they're too squishy and keep the boot from fitting properly

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am allergic to wool but took a chance on these socks I was not itchy or red after wearing them like I was expecting. Kept my feet warm all day in minus 10.

I will keep this sock for the outer/secondary layer sock, however, as it is thick, padded, and durable.
