 Now let's talk about the positive things that this TV has to offer. 120 hertz, 1,500 nits, color, fantastic. You have those Dolby Vision modes. It also has the iMac features, so if you're going to pull up Disney+, it's going to look really good on that type of content

 You also have your Google voice commands right there, your settings. One thing I like is that it has the white background, so it's easy to see in the dark. And that's the navigation button as well. You have your back button, a direct TV button, volume, channel up and down, and that's that menu button that I showed you guys earlier

 First of all, this is powered by Google Operating System, and this allows you to connect it to your Google account and use voice commands as well as controlling devices in your home. On the side you're going to find some settings, you also have a screen saver, you have some inputs, and you do have some picture options. And I want to let you guys know that this TV also supports your Amazon services as well. You just go in here and go through the setup process and connect it to your account, and then you can use it for those voice commands as well

HISENSE U8H MINI LED TELEVISION REVIEW: I'm Sold!

 Not sure if I'm happy about that or ticked.  Remote has 6 app buttons, though, my sony only has 4, only 2 of which are useful.  Was nervous of going with a more generic brand, but won't be anymore

Not impressed

 The first and top port that you're looking at here is a USB 3.0 type A and down below that is the first HDMI port that is only capable of 4K 60Hz. One right below that is 4K 60Hz as well. The one below that, the HDMI 3 is eARC enabled and has 4K 120Hz and the one below that is 4K 120Hz as well

 I hardly write reviews but I felt I needed to share how amazed I am with this TV especially spending less than $700. But if I'm going to spend a couple hours a day playing my PS5, I wanted to experience the power of the 4k 120hz and this TV doesn't disappoint at all. I went from roku TV to now Google and also love the GUI. Streaming from my PC was a few clicks away and streaming 4k movies worked perfectly right away! The sound is almost as good as my old virtual surround BOSE 3-2-1 setup too! Well worth the $! If I can get at least 5 years out of this TV I will be super happy

It comes with a crowded 8-inch-long remote with 39 buttons and a four-way arrow controller. There were a few times when we went to push the dedicated Google Assistant button and pressed the mute button instead.

Another minor gripe we had is that the remote is not lighted, so if you are in a dark room, good luck.

The good news is that Hisense designed the H8G for ease of use, with a basic remote that hides a lot of key features. There&rsquo;s a home button, but you have to hunt around for it a bit - and even the basic volume and channel controls are a bit small and tucked at the bottom.
