The product was delivered with a defective speaker on the TV. Very disappointed in this high-dollar tv. Samsung support is not great.

These are not big box stores but dedicated audio/video companies. Many of my acquaintances have projection setups and those are not for me. I want the largest screen I can get at a price point that doesn’t require a second mortgage. That puts me in the 85 inch range for LED and 83 inch for OLED

I've called Hisense and they can't explain why, only how to upair, then re-pair to resolve.

WIFI not so good, it cut out a lot and was very sketchy, when the Tivo WIFI worked fine the TV WIFI many times wouldn't work at all. Hardwiring corrected most of the problems. When it works the picture is stunning the sound is great because the sound bar is built into the TV, I love it faults and all.

The included remote is much less busy than the one that came with the previous model, omitting the seldom-used number pad and color buttons entirely. It’s a black rectagular wand covered in rubber buttons, with a prominent circular navigation pad. Power, Input, and Google Assistant buttons sit above the pad, along with a combination pinhole microphone and status light. Menu buttons and volume/channel rockers sit below the pad, with playback controls and dedicated service buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Peacock, Tubi, and YouTube below them
