If I'm on channel 4 and want to get to channel 59, it takes 3-4 times to scroll to 59 because the TV wants to revert to 4. Once I get to 59 and hit the back button to go back to 4, it will go to a random channel like 30

I've called Hisense and they can't explain why, only how to upair, then re-pair to resolve.

He stated they did not have dolly's on their trucks. He changed his tune when I explained I had it on video. I called Amazon again and someone from the leadership team did call the delivery company and they worked something out. First off, this TV has a great picture as well as a slick interface for the apps and smart features. If those 2 things were all that mattered this TV would have been the best I've ever owned. Which brings me to the point of my review and the reason I can only give this TV 2 stars and I feel I'm being generous with the extra star. I don't feel like anyone who would spend this kind of money for a TV would be sitting around listening to the stock speakers

The included remote is much less busy than the one that came with the previous model, omitting the seldom-used number pad and color buttons entirely. It’s a black rectagular wand covered in rubber buttons, with a prominent circular navigation pad. Power, Input, and Google Assistant buttons sit above the pad, along with a combination pinhole microphone and status light. Menu buttons and volume/channel rockers sit below the pad, with playback controls and dedicated service buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Peacock, Tubi, and YouTube below them

It isn't at all convenient at all to keep a second remote nearby at all times. I did search and found a similar post from last year and the consensus seemed the be Samsung Q80R, but it seems it is no longer in production.
