I've called Hisense and they can't explain why, only how to upair, then re-pair to resolve.

This review is for the Samsung QLED Q70T 65”. Had a Samsung 55” for almost 20 years and it still works. We researched for many days and weeks and kept coming back to this model. Delivered as promised, packed very well in original carton

The included remote is much less busy than the one that came with the previous model, omitting the seldom-used number pad and color buttons entirely. It’s a black rectagular wand covered in rubber buttons, with a prominent circular navigation pad. Power, Input, and Google Assistant buttons sit above the pad, along with a combination pinhole microphone and status light. Menu buttons and volume/channel rockers sit below the pad, with playback controls and dedicated service buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Peacock, Tubi, and YouTube below them

First of all it is very difficult to feel the buttons so most of the time you have to hold the remote to your face and look to get your finger on the correct button. The same problem exists with the direction buttons. Is is almost impossible to tell if your finger is actually on the direction button. You will use these buttons MORE than any others

Never was able to get 120hz refresh rate to work using a PC like everyone else has reported (RTX 3080, HDMI 2.1 8K/4K 120hz cable), etc) as text get all fuzzy/distorted. Have to run it at 60hz. Had a number of times where it went black for a second then came back to normal

This may even introduce lag to the image, putting the actual game and the display oh-so-slightly out of sync. If you're paying $500 for a game console, you're wasting all of its high-tech, modern advantages by playing on a 60 Hz TV, even if the TV has a "motion rate" of 120 or higher. You could have skipped the hassle and price of upgrading the game console. All of this is to say, unless your TV's refresh rate is listed as "native 120 Hz" or higher you will not get 120 FPS from a game console
