We had some beans from another brand that was pretty good but we weren't as crazy about, so we grinded some of those in our new electric grinder, as the manual states the burr needs to be seasoned a little. Then we were off to making our first batch of coffee with the electric grinder.

 So coffee quality improves greatly since Update 1 as I now learned to appreciate its lower bitterness but wider taste profile result. Coffee ground via this (vs. blade) tastes a lil' more subdue, which allows you to explore more sub-layers. But back to the device itself

Liking it more but still have a few complaints...

 For this, I weigh and grind 26 grams of whole beans to brew. Grinding this quantity of beans takes between 180 to 200 turns of the crank, and though I haven't timed it, is probably two minutes of "enthusiastic" grinding. No, I'm not working up a sweat, but it's a two-handed (two armed) operation that doesn't let me do much else at the same time. So I understand why some think this is an unacceptable nuisance

 If I deposit 26.6 grams of whole beans into the mill's hopper, I'll consistently get 26.6 grams into my press pot with barely a tap on the glass. This is a truly wonderful thing, and is making me question the planned longevity of my electric grinder at home

  KitchenArt 80310 Dual End Salt & Pepper Grinder is essentially the same mechanism, and twice the grinder mech at half the cost! That's just an example of why this is overpriced. The KitchenArt is not practical for large-scale grinds but adequate for those that just need a pinch here or there. It will grind coffee, too, but without the leverage of the handle that Hario et al employ.  So, if you're looking to grind spice with this, consider a cheaper solution or put the same money towards an electric version

 Yeah, a yachtie. but they don't deliver monster birds so that was a big letdown. I opened a PayPal case PayPal denied me they denied my case I just wanted a reimbursement for the amount for the matza birds which would be about for a consumer. It cost about 200 bucks and I want that 200 bucks back so I can get the monster person there

 First impression here is that it is a gorgeous thing. I think credit Craig Lent did a great job here. From a mechanical design standpoint, it's a gorgeous grinder. It's efficient, it's functional, and it's beautiful

 If you're not gonna get a perfect grind, you're not gonna get a perfect coffee. In fact, you're not gonna get anywhere near a good coffee. I Could not I could not get a good pull from the espresso machine when that was off-center Number four I Opened the transmission unit here to disassemble and I noticed pretty ugly in there. It was not assembled correctly
